Thanks Mark.

Next time, please separate any messages to me and the statement "Man, it was hard rolling out of bed this morning" into different posts. I'd hate for people to get the wrong impression. :lmao:

:lmao::rotfl2::rotfl:

Thanks for pointing that out, Koko Head.

:lmao::rotfl2::lmao::rotfl2: Well done!

Happy Birthday!

We are trying to plan a non-Disney trip in either February or April and a couple of weekends away between now and then. New York looks to be the next destination for a weekend. We only had the discount, no FD on the bounce back. I'll have to take a look and see where we would have saved more. Going OOP this time really makes me wonder. We saved by going OOP, but we had 2 days off property with meals included.

Not sure what this "non-Disney" trip thing means. Many have concluded that a room pin code or 30% discount saves more money than with DP. Not sure what bounceback offer was.

:lmao::rotfl2::rotfl:

Thanks for pointing that out, Koko Head.

First, rolling out of bed. Now, the sweet name calling ....

Thanks. You offer to pay everyone's bills, tell everyone you have Cj's credit card number and now I have to stop drinking while typing. Doesn't seem fair to me.:confused3
.

Happy to pay your bills with CJ's credit card.

Good win for the Tigers. It was a great game to watch, Boyd looks like an early Heisman favorite.

So does QB Bridgewater from UL. Although, I don't remember if he smoked your Gators as bad as he did that Ohio club this weekend.

Thanks Nick! How's the restaurant business going?

It's been busy, we catered a lunch for 80 people today. We had to take the food to a seniors center about 5 mins away, so that made it a little more fun.
Lunch is done, so I thought I'd see what's going on here.

We have been selling a ton of chicken so it was time to buy a new toy!

First time for us for MNSSHP!! I can't wait, I really need this vacation.

If it means anything to you, I hate Miami and FSU with the same passion I hate Georgia and South Carolina:rotfl2::rotfl2:

Don't like the Old Ball Coach? Although I like Muschamp, I miss him and his schtick at Florida.

Bridgewater and Mariota from Oregon also had good games. Going to be an interesting year.

Got to love new toys. If I ever make it up there do I get to play with it?

The non-Disney trip is when someone convinces you to try another location that has absolutely no connection to a Disney park. The entire time you sit around and drink heavily. Between drinks you remind everyone that this is definitely not as much fun as the Disney trip we could have gone on. :rotfl2::rotfl2:

The bounce back was 35%, but I had to ask them as nothing was in the room. The manager I spoke with mentioned that they are not leaving them in all the rooms anymore. She didn't really give a reason. Brent said his was a free dining BB at POP. I wonder if thats because we checked out before FD started while he stayed longer and into the FD period.

Yup you guys can take it out for a test drive.
It's a pressure fryer for those of you who haven't figured it out.. I've only put chicken and potatoes in it so far but I've been told pork chops come out awesome.

Our count down is at 47 days!!!!!!

Okay vent time. Background, DS has an extremely mild case of Goldenhar Syndrome. As a result he sees a buttload of specialists once a year. That day is two weeks from today. DW just got a call that they want to do the CT scan to look for middle ear bones BEFORE the appointment! They also said he needs to be sedated and will need a physical first. On top of all this DW is switching jobs on Wednesday next week so the window to do this is super small. As result DS gets to miss his first day of preschool on Friday. Nice of them to give us two weeks to get this done when the original appointment was made a year ago!

Hey guys. Been unable to log on over here for a while. No major issues, just life getting in the way of fun.

As I'm not catching up on the last 30+ pages, I'll say:

Prayers for those in need...
Praise for those deserving...
Bacon for all!

As for me, our youngest started Kindergarten this year, and so now we have a 5th Grader, 4th Grader and Full Day Kindergartener. DW is happy to have them in school full days now and is slammed with work. (support for an online math website) Me, I've been busy with work, work and more work. (documentation is a female dog)

On the plus side, I got my birthday present from my in-laws this weekend (my birthday was in May) and they got me a new kraut crock. So yesterday I was able to shred and crock about 10lbs of cabbage. Now to wait 4-6 weeks for fermentation. (yes, I live in the fast lane :lmao:)

Looking forward to Fall ball (softball for the girls) starting up next weekend.

Oh, and I got an email from our favorite apple orchard last night with their picking schedule. We head up to Twin Lakes, WI (Oriole Orchards) every year for their Honeycrisp apples. September 21st is picking day. Any area Dads looking for some good apples, I highly recommend them.

Hope to be around a bit more than I have.

Whoo hoo. That's 1000 better than the old 800's.
It will also do mean bacon and deep fried beer. If you have never had fried beer you have obviously never been to a state fair.

You know that little red folder with all the resort info that they leave in all the rooms? (It's the one we promptly put the Magic Band box on :rotfl2:) As we were packing up the last things to go , I took a look at it, and it was a little brochure HIDING inside it, almost like a magazine insert. It offerred Free Dining for the period of August 20-September ??. I look through Hotel binders all the time, never do at POP because I am overly familiar with it.:sad2:

Sadly, we know of some looming expenses comming up, so it is just best to sit back and wait a bit longer. Wouldn't mind going north again, and it'll cost a fraction of what we pay for a trip. We can also start saving up for the next trip, and get something through CAA again.
