Yes we did and yes I do. And yes, the beginning of the bowl season is tough to get through. Yet I still find myself mid December in front of the TV watching Podunk U vs Little Sisters of the Poor play in the Weed Whacker Bowl. And I am actually anticipating the kickoff.

You forgot to include the sponsor of the bowl, because without money, there can't be college bowl games. I would like to see an 8 team playoff, starting immediately after the season ended and championship game during the holidays weeks. It will never happen with the money. But, if I played for a school that had no chance of making the playoffs, I would like to play and win one of those crazy bowl games and get all the bling that comes with it. I'll collect those beers one day.

Club season ends here next weekend, one more road trip before that. Middle school season will start shortly after the long weekend.

Not a bad first practice. I have a couple young and small kids, but some others with some decent speed and size. They did seem coachable. Still waiting to hear what the matchups will be (7 v 7), but I think I'll run a 4-2. Should be fun with a diamond.

Almost missed a bus home no one directed us to the late night stop, the driver for POP noticed us in a closed off area and came and picked us up. It was a day if ups and downs, but ended on a highnote.

Fun but slightly frustrating day at Epcot, the wifi was working in fits and starts, so my communication was spotty at best and I could never get a meet up spot set up though I'll bet dollars to donuts we crossed each others paths. Maroonag1, I apologize.

I did meet Jim by sheer coincidence, DW chatted up with a guy in Mouse Gear and realized it was him so we all talked at the finer optic pathways for a while. Way to early this morning I put the Pirate Princess on the plane back to school. Summer is now officially over. It was a good one though.
