I hope everyone stays safe for the next few days. The storm is supposed to veer inland before it hits our east coast so I guess we will get nothing but some rain.

Our soccer final is later this afternoon and then the pub for the league wrap-up. DS has skills camp before that so I should just stay at the field. Well maybe a 4 hour warm-up would be a bit much. But then again it is a masters soccer league.

Our last two games are today. First one starts at one.

Well, it looks like the storm will probably cause our trip to Pensacola to be cancelled. Now, we have to hope that a tree doesn't come down on our house and that our electricity isn't out for too long. Bummer.

Evening gents. Had a busy couple of days. The twins turned 4 today. Yesterday was the big day were we ran around doing what the kids wanted to do. DD got an ear infection at dinner last night so today has been pretty quiet. Fortunately their party isn't until next weekend.

Congrats to Randall and anyone else I missed.

Happy birthday to them. Sorry to hear one was sick.

Evening guys

Been under my house most of the day. When my house was built about 11years ago apparently the electrician drilled a hole in the pipe when trying to run wire through the stud.

About a foot of the sub floor had to be cut out and replaced and we got th drywall fixed. We just need to mud and tape it.

Relaxing now, watching my Irish

I didn't know you were that handy. You need to stop by and I'll steer you towards all the repairs here.

It was around 60 degrees for our game at noon today. Waiting for the Frankenstorm. We played a tough team today. We were both 6-0 going in with 2 games to go. I say were because we won 3-2 and are now 7-0. Woo-Hoo! The girls played awesome and my DD played a great half in goal to keep us in it. Now to win the last one and take first place.

You know what they say. The girls win,they get all the credit. If the girls lose, it is the coaches fault! Glad we haven't lost yet.

It is always the coaches fault. congrats on the win and good luck. Two games to win it all today. The 4:00 PM will be the challenging one, unless we overlook the first game. It is cold and windy here.

It was cold, but we won 3-0. It was not really a game as they had no shots on goal. Tomorrow will post another test. I had one player at a cheer thing today and one had a hurt hip (before arriving) and went home. Here was the mod squad with their participation medals.

Thanks! The company I work for is closed tomorrow and Tuesday. I guess we'll get the worst of this Monday night into Tuesday. We'll see how it goes.

On the way out the door to church this evening and I noticed that I had lost my wallett someplace. Searched hi and low with no luck. The only place I had been was Outback this afternoon for am anniversary lunch. I called up there and nothing had been turned in. So, dropped the kids off at AWANA and back home and started making phone calls to cancel and reissue new cards....Uuugh! I hope whoever found my wallett needed the money at least. I had 150 in cash in it... While we were at dinner Lauren was determined to have the crew sing to us...so blurted it out to the waitress it was our anniversary and that she wanted some cake I told her to be still...but when we were gathering up to leave the girl came with a big bowl of ice cream for us and they sang Happy Birthday since they dont have an anniversary song Lauren didnt care...she got her ice cream

My wife Rachel would like to Thank Everyone for the Birthday Wishes she said that was really sweet

On another note there is no school here till Weds due to the upcoming storm. at 11pm Sun no one is allowed to be on the road till further notice (looks like I'll have off Mon at least)

Just called off school in MA tonight for Monday. I think we are on the outer edge as it is predicted now so hopefully not too bad. To all Dads in the way of the storm, stay warm, dry and safe.
