Ah, the joys of dog ownership! :sad2:

As someone who works A LOT of nights, I'm with you buddy. People with standard 9-5 jobs don't really get the night shift thing and can't possible appreciate the exhuastion you have after staying up 24 hours! :confused3

Amen to that!!!!!!

Lots of DISDad's here this week.... As you saw from the pics... Met with Barry and Ron today.... Ron's bus was running slow... And unfortusntley didn't get into the same JTA.

Did do a couple character's together.

Sully and Mike, Mater and lightning, Phineas and Ferb.

And then Nick (DisneyDaddyO) joined us at JTA... And watched us my kids and Barry's kids brought balance back to the force.... And oh, got free TSM FP's in the process.

sounds like the Dec Dis Dads meet of 2010 with all the DisDads there!!

I think Ron owes me dinner:

"Hunter & Miyuki the candy lady"

I have seen picturs of these dandies before...but I have never seen them in person...what do they taste like??

Evening Guys,

Left Miami at 10am yesterday. Drove straight through (less a couple of cat naps) and got to just north of Baltimore this morning (1,115 miles). Breakfast at Waffle House, checked into the Sleep Inn and crashed. Woke up a couple of hours ago. Used to do all night drives when traveling but the last one was a while ago. Nice to know this old man can still do that.

Rained all the way from Jax to S. Carolina. Monsoons in Jacksonville/Georgia. Tomorrow we check into a hotel near campus. Move in day is on Thursday. She is nervous/excited with her biggest concern is what kind of roommate she is going to get.

Hope the Dads in the World right now are having a good time.

CJ I have had you on my mind the last few days. I know this has to be a hard thing for you! I am already dreading the day that I have to do the same thing!

From Ron and Brian:

Glad to see that the drive is going OK for you. I've got a feeling that it's gonna be a long drive back home though.

Not much happening Nemie. Getting ready for another season of rooting for the Vikes and whoever plays the Pack.

Hi nemie!! I'll be in college football mode. I know this is penn state's year!

Great. Turn on the news and find a hurricane has a chance of hitting S. Florida. Knew it was going to happen. I have been away from the house for every hurricane that landed in S. Florida. When Andrew came ashore, I was in San Fran. Tomorrow have to call a person who does handy work for me and see if she can close the shutters and bring the stuff in from outside.

Will have to keep an eye on it and maybe hall butt back to S. Florida.

Hate to hear about hurricane. Glad You made it safely.

Do you have a separate data plan for Ron's texts? :confused3

For real. He's burning it up.

What Disney place is this? I never knew of a Hibachi restraunt there!!

Teppan Edo. Skip it and go to a local one. It's good, but I have one similar in Owensboro.

Hi all - crap, I went away for a bit to do actual work and I missed 20 pages. So Norm had ownage? Barry and some dads took Disney photos? Donald has a new macbook? George the CPA said hi a few times? Did I miss anything?

Classic Disdad effort. Post a lot. Read little.

Thank you, I'm doin the happy dance, guess I assumed I would get a message with my number in it, and that's what I get for assuming haha

Don't talk about PMs with Don.

Thanks! They are a lot easier to get now that they insist on a credit card (to reduce double booking!)

So here's my plan. Any suggestions?

Sunday (arrival & MK day): Be Our Guest Restaurant
Monday (AK AM Magic Hour): Tusker lunch, then a late Artist Point dinner
Tuesday (Epcot AM Magic Hour): Via Napoli then over to the Boardwalk for dinner at Kouzzinas and Illuminations
Wednesday: Breakfast at Crystal Palace, then Wishes Cruise that night
Thursday: HS day half day, & Victoria & Alberts Chefs table for dinner (family is more excited about this than anything I've seen in awhile!)
Friday: Epcot day, lunch at Marrakesh, later dinner at Kona
Saturday (departure day with magic express at 3pm): breakfast at Chef Mickey's (a tradition) then park TBD

P.S. What's your first name, Moose?

Personally, I skip DHS. I enjoy having a couple days off to relax and enjoy my resort. Chef's table at V&A is 3 hour + meal. Jealous.

So my mourning ended like crap, literally.

I get a call before I am about to lay down to sleep before my 5th night in a row, my DW needs my to run her some papers she forgot at home and need. No problem I grab the dog as a treat her to a car ride. Dog does well going to the office and then while I am in handing off the papers to DW the Dog took a crap in the back seat of my explorer. really dog you went before we left and now drop 4 huge turds in the truck. I have to drive 5 mi to a gas station to clean it up and the dog steps in the turds and has crap smeared all up in her front paw. Well it was cleaned up and the dog sat quietly in the front passenger seat with her head down.

:crazy2: & :furious:

Doggy doo doo don't. Hate to hear that.

I'm not sure if I posted the final ADR list for our Oct trip

Sun- AK and Tusker House (thanks Norm)
Mon- DTD no ADR but hopin to eat at Trex, then MNSSHP that night
Tues-HS and MM for the Fantasmic pack
Wed-MK and CRT
Thurs- early morning flight back to reality

Sounds good. Remember, you get into MNSSHP at 4.

Is this the set up for a run to the end?

Curse you.

Norm, do you think y'all are goin to make another oprymills run before oct? With it getting close and all your expenses I assume yall need to save all the money y'all can, but I'd so hit me up and DD and I will meet y'all there

It's not about $, it's soccer season. I live soccer next 3 months except for fall break trip. I have to lead a clinic Thursday and my ankle is no where 100%. Maybe I can borrow a b-12 shot from Roger Clemens.

Got BOGR!!!

Just BOG

Morning Gents.

Working from home today as DW is away and DS has a couple of weeks of summer vacation left. This is my plan so far:

Oh and make some draft picks.

Sounds like my plan most every day.

6:50....

Show is at 8:30.... Raining now.... Hope it doesnt get cancelled

Also have to figure out how long it'll take to get to MK from AoA on the bus system, some people on the boards ( non disdads) have said its about an hr each way, anyone know if that sounds right?
