DW was in an accident an hour ago or so...they seem all fine, paramedics checked them out. I ran home and saw the damage. If I'd been in the car, I'd of been banged up good. Apparently the guy ran through the stop sign and got us in the passenger side door. Kids are pretty shaken up, I brought then home (it was only a block away where it happened) Jo is still dealing with the towing details etc.

Just when it looked like we were comming out ahead.....

Brent, I hope everyone is ok! And God, I hope the other guy has insurance!

My fear is someone will be injured in pre-season after our draft.

Festival of the Lion King to Close in January (Maybe relocate, maybe close permanently)

Hate to hear that. That was one of five attractions we did at AK. We usually only go to that park once every few years, and this would be one more reason to skip it.

Busy day but about to stick a fork in it and call it done. Harvested some green beans, got the broccoli ready to transplant, transplanted some roundup ready sweet corn, worked on a presentation and then went home mopped the floor, got the laundry done, and weeded out my iris bed.

Most importantly, tested DS on pancake making and he passed so it is one more thing off my list and on his list when it needs doing. He isn't ready for bacon yet though.

Happy Saturday. I'm just popping in before I take my pre-work nap.

I made a nice little score on the way home today, I got a text from the liquor store saying the 7th person to show this text wins, well I was already in route and about 5miles away so I stopped and showed the text, I was #7 won a Margaritaville market umbrella and stand, I'll go a mile out of the way everyday for stuff like this:woohoo

Now if I could get some of the luck to rub off on saturdays tickets for the power ball, at least 10 of us will be set

OK, I am boycotting all Proctor and Gamble products. Why you ask? Their commercials during the Olympics thanking moms for all the success every child in the world has ever achieved. What about dads? Are we just chopped liver?

Granted, they go through that whole birthing thing but they have the option for drugs. What do we get? Nothing. They get to hang around the hospital while we have to go to work.
