That is the thing about being a mercenary. I can cheer for just about any conference west of the Rockies and have some affiliation with it from my journeys through the academic quagmire.

Nenemy, here is the boat I was on in Norway.

Good day for a wet friday. Office to myself now for the last bit. I got to make a run to the kid's school at lunch with a load of frozen food that was dropped off at our church's food pantry. Once or twice a month they make a run from Cincinnati to the hollers of east Kentucky and they were heavy on frozen food and no place to put it so we try to hit the mission schools and other food pantries. We never know what we will get though but it is free and better than a sharp stick in the eye.

Nenemy, here is the boat I was on in Norway.

I've always wondered why the Scandinavians ended up in upper Midwest when they settled here. This doesn't look anything like those states.

I finally got to try a dole whip float last week... this may be blasphemy on the boards but I didn't think it was something to go nuts about... maybe I'm missing something. Perhaps I need to keep going back until they taste awesome.

(it’ll keep him of my case for a little while anyway).

Bambi said she would be OK with with an April 1st birthday. Something about it fitting my personality perfectly.

I know of some very fine individuals that were born on the 25th
But then again, I have to agree with Bambi that 4/1 would suit you as well.

In any case… we’re all keeping good thoughts that her dad get up there in time
and that all goes well with this special delivery.

While I know that everyone around here is a big bacon lover, I just pulled some ribeyes out to throw on the grill later. Will ribeyes work as an alternative?

I am a 32 yo father of three boys. They are 11, 5, 3 and I have been married for 6 years. I live in Iowa and thus a big Hawkeye fan. I like most sports, movies, video games and love to travel.

Personally I think the Whip by itself (just the soft serve) is better than the float.
