Thats cool. If you are coming up this way let me know.

Maybe I can made it down to NY early enough so we could grab dinner or a beer BEFORE the game. :rolleyes1

That would be great.

I'll hold your ticket for you this time. :rolleyes1

As of today, I've been married 4 years.

And I remembered.:woohoo::yay::cool1:

Congrats! If I didn't have dates setup on my calendar with reminders I'd never remember any of the important dates. :sad2:

I know the bugs are going to be horrible up here this summer. They even showed flowers popping up near the shore on the news. We've only had 6 inches of snow here all winter. Crazy.

The weather! Very peculiar, don't you think? It was 59 here on Saturday and we got 8 inches of snow on Sunday.

Holy Carp! I've had more snow than you!!

But with a 2 year old at home with chicken pox, who knows when we'll get to go out and celebrate.

You could always stay home and celebrate... :rolleyes1

I'm glad you caught that before I changed it to another smart peanut butter comment. I'm trying to offend everyone equally today. :thumbsup2 :lmao:

That would be easy to do on other parts of the board but here, we take everything with a grain of salt. and bacon.

That is the most important function of my smart phone.

Could if I didn't have to go to a meeting this evening. :headache:

Mmmmm... salty bacon.

So I'll be flying out of Newark next Tuesday and I noticed Termianl A has an Earl Of Sandwich in it. Looking forward to that part of New Jersey at least.

And use the phone to post on Disboards. If they only fried bacon.

Thanks guys.

One thing I love about our anniversary being 2/23 is the fact that I'm pretty much off the hook for about 10 months. We get Christmas, DW's Birthday, Valentine's Day and our Anniversary in a 2 month window, so I don't have to worry about anything the rest of the year. :thumbsup2 :lmao::rotfl2::rotfl:

Congrats on anniversary. I will trump you. DW's birthday is Oct 12, which always coincides with our Fall Disney trip. So, every year I tell her I bought her a trip to WDW or take her to restaurant of her choice at WDW. Darn the luck.

I just sent her what I post here for the birthdays. Waiting to see if she likes it.

Happy Birthday to your better half

Thank You Norm!

Happy Anniversary, Andy, and, Randall, please pass along best wishes to your DW.

DW and I got our tax refund yesterday. :woohoo:

Just paid off my truck. It's officially mine.

:thumbsup2

Must....hold.....out...

I have "early" lunch today so I'll be able to fill the void soon. :thumbsup2

I went with the early lunch today, too. It's National Chili Day, and a local chain chili parlor, Hard Times Cafe , is giving away free bowls of chili today. I wanted to beat the rush. Free chili: It's what's right with America.

Now we know who will be stinking up the joint this afternoon! :rotfl2:

FREE = GOOD

Happy birthday Mrs. Randall!

:thumbsup2:thumbsup2 Mmmm..Hawaiian BBQ...

Thank You Mark!

And, yes please!

I hate to go back ON topic, but here goes...

I'm running into a dilemma.

For years, my family and I have vacationed with my wife's parents and sister's, etc... in Daytona Beach for Spring Break.

This year we broke from that tradition, somewhat controversially, to spend a week at WDW (37 Days!)

My original intention was to go back to Daytona next year as we always have. However, since the birth of the convention in January, I investigated different ticket options and looked at the cost of AP's vs. buying park tickets for this years trip and the convention. During this investigation, I can to realize that next Spring Break is actually a week BEFORE this year's.

This would mean, that if we upgraded to AP's this year, we would be able to use them for this year's trip, the convention, and next year's spring break.

I broke down the numbers and realized we would be saving like $700 if we went the AP route vs. buying park tickets. I'm pretty sure I've got my DW on board with my new plan for spending next year at WDW. But I'm running into some animosity from my in-laws and somewhat from my DW about "missing out" on vacationing with her parents/family.

So this would be two years in a row that we won't be with her parents/family for vacation.

I've offered her family the option of renting a house next spring and having them all in Orlando instead of Daytona. But, my in-laws are older and can't do all the walking that a full week at WDW would provide. Plus, I have a feeling they don't quite want to give up that beach vacation.

Any ideas?!?
