Annnnnd we're back. After tonight it's going to be one of those weeks..:rotfl2: Never mind pushing staff, I was practically yelling this time. Doesn't anyone appriciate having a job in this day and age anymore? :confused3 Got a lot counted too..I counted more then 3 guys combined mind you, but hey, I'm that good. Not so good is having to hold the hand and guide those who are senior to me. If they want me to play Assistant Manager, then PAY me lije an Assistant Manager :headache:

Get a taser. "Inspiring" people has never been easier.

I am interested in your ideas, and would like to subscribe to your newsletter. :lmao:

I do this everynight it is alot of fun ordering p/t around

I like the way you think :lmao:

I downloaded the Super Mario Brothers onto the Wii. My dds love playing that as well, but they are confused as the graphics on their Nintendo 3DS are better than that version on the Wii.

I only wish. I am taking some vacation days next week. Boss doesn't know yet.
I need to get into the gaming more pure and simple. Amelia is into Mario Kart on her DS, maybe try her out on the Wii?

As for the boss, why does he need to know? The less informed higher ups are, the smoother things go. :thumbsup2

Great day today! Arrived at the Animal Kingdom around 10:00 am hit almost every atraction except everest. We ate at Yak and Yeti. Left Ak and went to kona cafe for dinner and then took old Band-aid over to the MK. Almost everything was walk on.:thumbsup2 Banner day! Everyone is very tired.

Sounds awesome...what a treat to have days like that..:woohoo:

For V-Day didn't get a card for DW, I hate the concept of cards, but she got a little bit of chocolate, and that new Twilight movie that just got released, and a tray of strawberries/chocolate dip. I got Peanut butter cups and a couple of books. All is good. We did the gifts yesterday, since we really don't each other much this week, conflicting scheduals :confused3

No kidding. A few years back, we went without the kids, and yet still somehow found ourselves riding IASW. Naturally, the ride got stuck. And we sat. And sat. And sat. And I started to think about just getting out of the boat and wading for the exit. And then, finally, gloriously, we began to move. . . .backward. And I swear, I was actually getting up to climb out of the boat at thatpoint - it wasn't bad enough that we had been in the ride for an eternity and a half, but now they were sending us through it backward? :scared1:

IIRC, we left the Magic Kingdom and headed for Epcot. Specifically, for the World Showcase section, with all of it's lovely, mind-numbing alcohol. ;)

DW & when we were both cast members took part in the 25th Anniversary TV special starring Danny Kaye (okay, I told you we were old). For part of it we were on IASW for 3 or 4 hours filming part of the time was with animation (show going) and part was without animation. Fortunately will liked, and still do, IASW.

A few years later, for a TV commercial, we rode Space (DLAND) for 7 or 8 hours. That ride is a lot scarier with the house lights up and the sound effects off. I think we rode it 8 or 10 times without getting off before the powers that be decided to start breaking after 3 or 4 runs.

Good morning dads.

The Valentine party with the girls was a huge hit last night. We got a dusting of snow last night :headache: I was really hoping to stay in that 40 degree range for the rest of winter.

Norm, I did not include any repeats in my wife's gift.

Morning Guys.

It was a balmy 37 degrees this morning, much better than the 21 yesterday!:thumbsup2

Is it Friday yet?

Matt

Morning all!

DS informed me this morning that he forgot to get a valentine for the kitten and told me to "Fix the situation.".

That looks scary to me. I'm not a fan of food items that rhyme with turd.

Aw man, cheese curds are the best. Especially when they are fresh. You warm them up so they are a bit soft and they squeak when you eat them. Delicious.

We still drive to WDW. It is 13 hours for us and I would really like to fly, but just can't find a cheap enough deal.

I am in Toronto - we have one of the highest airport taxes in the world.

Flying from here to Orlando is around double the price it would be from Buffalo (or even more then 2x). Buffalo is about 2 hours to drive, so we try to fly out of there.

But we also drive occasionally.

With me as the only driver though, it becomes looooong, and monotonous.

To drive from Wisconsin to WDW would be too long for me to be in a car with the family. The wife doesn't like going through bigger cities so I have to constantly tell her to read a book or do something to not look at the traffic. Otherwise she gets all nervous and after a while it starts to get to you. Plus we would be stopping every city to pee as my youngest I swear has a bladder the size of a grape. Now lately the boys can't seem to keep their hands off of each other and without some kind of plexi-glass divider between them they would fight the whole way. I will fly thank you. Costs a lot more but I keep my sanity.

For the customers, at least. Imagine having to work there and every time a customer walks in or out you hear the tune for the first line. EVERY TIME. For a full shift.

Soooo, your saying you are excited to work there and hope you get the position. We understand

Sounds like an awesome day, with great dining.

Way to go. :thumbsup2

Good Morning Men!

We talk of driving now and then, but we can't go 3 hours to Sarnia without the girls fighting or whining. DW is the only driver, and she isn't sure she's up to it yet. We'd have to stretch it out over a couple days driving, and that'd cut into our Disney time :sad1:

Mmmm....cheese curds. I think I'll stop by on the way home and grab a few. Best Valentine's Day ever.

Made it home to sunny South Florida. Can't find my camera and I-Pod. Hopefully didn't leave them on the plane.
Welcome home!

I'd like to do a road trip one of these years, but DW wants no part of a 22 hour drive with 2 young kids in the back... So I'll probably just go it alone. :rotfl2:
We've done it with 2 young kids and 2 dogs. But our drive was only 21 hours, so I guess we had it easier.

When are you planning on getting a walk up seating to Crystal Palace?:thumbsup2
