I'm watching Animal Planet, they are searching for Bigfoot in N. Georgia, I got a feeling they will find Fed:confused3

Hey guys, prayers needed for DW. She is in the ER with some chest pain and numbness in her jaw.

Prayers.

Norm, it's been like that for the past 5 years at my office.

We've been cut down by more than half in that time.

It comes to a point, where you expect it, and are quite prepared.

Still it's never fun...

I guess my team is so spread out - 500 miles spread out, that I just don't get to see it. This one sits less than 5' away. Others have been fired over the years, but not this close to home, so to speak.

Well, the little black cloud has zoomed in a little closer. I have no heat. My furnace does not work. The fan and AC work, just no heat. The thermostat said low battery, so I changed that. But, no luck. It sounds like it is trying to click on. It is a 12 year old self starter system. My guess is that it is a igniter or bad thermostat. I've tried the reset button and the little else I know to do. No luck.

We'll use the sleeping bags and electric heater and electric blanket to get thru the night and call for repair tomorrow. I guess that summer trip to WDW keeps moving further away.

Good night all.

Hey guys, prayers needed for DW. She is in the ER with some chest pain and numbness in her jaw.

Prayers for you and your family.

monologing...... I really liked the Incredibles. One of my favorite movies. While there are many dads living the dream, I find myself thinking of the glory days and wanting a return shot. Unfirtunately, I don't think I have a Syndrome, aka Buddy out there to pay me a year's salary for a rematch.

The Incredibles is my favorite by far. The way things have been going at school for the last couple of weeks, I have plenty of Syndrome's out there right now. Maybe I need to dress up as Mr. Incredible one day. :lmao:

Stopher, headed to Indianapolis sometime around March 26-29. My school is part of a huge hands on science grant and study with other schools in New Mexico and Houston, and we're meeting in Indianapolis to talk about things. I know that I'll be there the 27th and 28th, but I don't know the travel dates, which is why I included the other dates. Have no idea of the itinerary/meetings, etc..., but when I get them, I'll let you know.

That commercial has been circulated throughout men's hockey leagues for a few days now. Instant classic. All my friends have talked about how they captured the spirit and dream of a 10:00pm game in an empty arena wishing that there were a thousand fans cheering you on. I must have watched the video 20 times already.

I have also added "We have a kerfuffle" to my repertoire.

ClearScreen

Loved it, so classic. I wonder when it was taped, I had no clue anything was going on around here. It was particularily nice to have it refer to "Port Credit, Ontario", as opposed to Mississauga. I still f identify this area as Port Credit. It;s a nice arena, looks like a giant airplane hanger, and was re-done recently so it looked really great. I've "skated" there several times (if what I did on the ice could qualify as skating), and even played pickup there a few midnights, and watched my brother play there loads of times. I believe it's also seen in the movie "The Freshman" but not too sure about that.

I just wish I knew it was filming there. I'd have offered those cheerleaders a place to stay between takes :rolleyes1

So in my superbowl pool I won the 3rd quarter and put 5K in my pocket. I would of had the final score too if the Giants converted the 2 point try and had an additional 10 THOUSAND DOLLARS too. Why they tried to run it is beyond me. :confused3:confused3 That would of paid for my Disney trips this year. :rolleyes1:headache::headache:

Still a nice payout, congrats!

I can tell from the amount of pages today, I must have been the only one who went to work:confused3

Nope, I was doing inventory counts today.. :headache:

Prayer and thoughts to you and your wife, from both myself and my DW.

I hope that that cloud goes away fast. Good luck, hope it turns out minor.

We could use some good luck and vibes to the DDC stat.:goodvibes

Aside for planning a mini-trip somewhere down the line for DS12, I admit I am not sure how to handle this...:confused3

Nice!!

One time, a guy on my team who manages a bar had his girlfriend attend a game with a bunch of her friends and some people from the bar. There were about 20 of them and they were pretty well lubricated by game time. They also brought a bunch of vuvuzelas (it was around World Cup time). They were super loud and obnoxious. We lost the game, but it was hilarious. That was the closest I've come to playing in front of "fans".

Hey Ron...DW and I have been going over a lot of factors and despite our mis-givings and trials about Florida in the summer, might move our trip next year back to August. Amelia is improving in school, and we don't want to jinx it by losing a week again. Plus I really need to maximize my vacation time, I only get 4 weeks a year, and next year will be Audrey's first with no day-care, so I gotta use the time ith them more then ever. We figure the money saved on not buying tix for MNSSHP can go top a couple of extra nights at Disney! :woohoo:

Sweet...I've come pretty close to feeling like a Toronto Maple Leaf once....attended a game at the Gardens one night with dad, and I lucked out being able to do the "shoot to win" promo in between periods. I missed the net by a mile, and was booed by thousands of fans (just like the Leafs! :lmao:). Still a rush to stand at center ice at the Maple Leaf Gardens full of fans...

:thumbsup2 Cool let me know

Lots of time :lmao: we want a clear picture by December so that I can figure out the ADRs etc.

I do have a question that DW wants clarification to, which could help decisions. We are looking to opt into the Water Parks and More option on the tickets. If we only go to Typhoon one day for example, does this count as a theme park visit on our 10 day tix? I don';t think it does, but want she wants no misunderstandings or surprises.

Awesome! If I'm around (and I should be), we definitely need to connect!

Awesome!

I handled the whole 1 kid thing, by simply taking each one individually. Not all in the same year mind you - but that's how I did it. Just remind #2 that #1 is paying for this and that, and then let him know that he'll get a turn in the coming years as well. And be sure to follow through on it.
