That's just un-Canadian. :sad2: Where do you get your poutine fix?

Make it at home usually. NY Fries makes a decent one, and the cafeteria at the Ontario Science Center does a good one too. Pretty much every fast-food place save Mickey D's serves it.

Started watching it.....then fell asleep.

Darn Sleep Apnea! I can't sit in my chair and watch TV past 9pm without falling asleep!

:faint:
You were obviously riveted by it. :lmao::rotfl2:

Sorry about the apnea though... I don't envy anyone with it.

I liked it...enough to keep me watching...which means it will probably not last.
Yeah, that's kind of what I'm thinking. I try not to get into shows early on in the process.

I haven't watched any episodes yet, but I've been DVRing Person of Interest for that very reason.

Get a Cpap, it saved my life. :woohoo: Really get it, you'll sleep again.

Randall....I have a CPAP machine...but it don't help me in my chair cuz it's next to the bed!

Actually I have a VPAP machine...variable pressure machine. It automatically senses the right amount of pressure to keep my airway open.

I definitely sleep better with it.

Without it, I stopped breathing 360 times in 5 hours! :scared1:

Sorry about the apnea though... I don't envy anyone with it..

Thanks...I'm sorry I have it too! It stinks because I love staying up to watch MY tv shows. I can't watch anything I want to watch when my girls are awake!

You guys need to stop all the potty humor. May end up getting banned.

BWAAAAA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA:lmao::lmao::lmao:

75 here...nice!!! Heard about the prisoner escape...guessing he was unsecured:lmao::lmao:

Afternoon starting out rough...*AFTER* catching a bunch of fraud on my Check Card, I got a call to pick up DS with a 102 degree fever!!!

In regard to the fraud, the three $200.00 purchases to the same Coral Gables, FL Walgreens was a clue:sad2:

Much easier to fix these things now than 15 years ago though.

IT WASN'T ME FED. I SWEAR. Actually I am a CVS guy. Hope the little man feels.

Did you guys see this article about Steve's coveted Marshall Thundering Herd's Basketball coach?

Trying to get caught up in here...

So I got a question for those in the know about In-n-Out burger. I was in San Fran a couple of months ago and I had my first experience with In n Out. After all the talk about it I was somewhat disappointed. I will admit that after I got home I realized there there were a number of "off menu" options that I was not aware of. Don't get me wrong it's a definite step up from McDs, BK and the like of other fast food burger joints, but given my choice I'll take Five Guys over In-n-Out every time.

Anyone care to explain their love of In-n-Out as I'm sure there is something I'm missing.

Thanks for the insights.

I also fail to be impressed. They are a good burger, no doubt - but my favorite burger is Five Guys.

Five guys is a little bit more expensive and is a much smaller (but growing rapidly) chain. 5 Guys is awesome but not nearly as many people know about them as in-n-out.

Fact check FAIL. :rotfl:

It's kind of like anyone who grew up with something though... it's just IT - no matter what someone else thinks. They definitely have a "grip" on the California market place though.

I agree with the 'growing up with' part. I tried both places for the first time within the past year. My preference is Five Guys, but that doesn't mean In-N-Out aren't good. I grew up with the original Kincaid's and loved them the best - until I tried Five Guys. :thumbsup2

I'm working on getting a group together right now from the local area. They're looking at about 35-50 staterooms. Fingers crossed as I continue to meet with them. That would be great. And once you do one, it's easier to do the next one. Lots of moving parts. I'd LOVE to do some of those great big groups with 200-400 blocks of cabins... someday.

AWESOME! I am working on a group cruise through Carnival for my brother. It is 8 staterooms and the commission is decent. I could only dream of a 35+ stateroom commission! :lovestruc

Gentlemen...at my work place today we are having a debate of the utmost importance...I would like you to vote...

Option A (over the Top)

Option B (off the Back)

A, of course! It is the choice that offers a visual location to grasp the loose end. Otherwise you have to roll it util you see the end dropping near the floor to grab it. :rotfl2:

Also... Mary Ann

I thought it was...ok. A couple of nice twists, but the characters aren't very compelling. I'll stick with it a little longer to see if it improves, but I'm not sure if I'll last the season yet.

Justified is back tonight--very excited about that one.

I liked it. I will give it a couple more episodes before I give it the axe or not.

Speaking of Lost Characters...

Locke was/is on Hawaii 5-0
Jin is on Hawaii 5-0
Ben is in Person of Interest
Hurley is in Alcatraz
Sawyer has a very short appearance in the MI:4 movie.
Kate has been on some Make-up commercials

Anyone seen any more Lost Peeps.

Ummmm.... I literally just finished booking a trip to the Gables for the end of the month. I come on here and see this. Fed, care to do some recon in a couple of weeks? :rotfl2:

Nothing wrong with Coral Gables...pretty sure it got skimmed somewhere, no telling. Go to Versailles Cuban Restaurant...good eatin':thumbsup2

IT WASN'T ME FED. I SWEAR. Actually I am a CVS guy. Hope the little man feels.

Thanks man...:lmao::lmao:I thought about you when I saw it. I was in town with my dad for what was supposed to be a football game (someone forgot to tell Clemson) and I don't know if it got hit then or later.

In regard to Alcatraz, I'm a bit intrigued so I'll see where it goes for a couple more weeks...

And A freaking MEN to Justified:thumbsup2

Versailles is good. Just don't go there when something is going on in Cuba. That is the hub of the Cuban community. When Castro eventually goes, that area will be insane.

Glad I am off the hook. Didn't want to watch out for helicopters circling the house. And Clemson played in a bowl game? How did it go? Or is it too soon? Not that I have anything to brag about with Florida.

On the escapee front, they caught him (Duh). K-9 got him. The idiot was due to be released in March. Now he is going to have a long wait before he can ride a bike again.

On the roll issue, A definitely. One of the guys here at the station changed both the TP and the paper towels so they both were B, I was beside myself. Could not comprehend who would do such a thing.

Ginger

What is wrong with you people???:lmao::lmao::lmao:

Let's take a look here:

Ginger: Marilyn Monroe wannabe, High Maintainence, skills include seducing men and some sewing. Tricks men into doing everything for her. Long gowns.
Mary Ann: Country girl next door good looks, Low maintainence, skills include cooking, bakes pies for a hobby. Self sufficient. Shorty shorts.

The real question is, what's the matter with YOU? :thumbsup2

Great, now you have me thinking a drunk Captain Jack Sparrow was charting the islands. Then, there are the hurricanes and Bermuda triangle. What if I'm put on trial for murder outside US? I saw Chipwrecked yesterday, and not to ruin it for anyone, but what if i end up on an island with talking chipmunks? I know it is all irrational paranoia, and i will not let it dampen my vacation. My backup plan is to be too drunk to be worried.

1. Find a net or jacket to capture talking chipmunks.
2. Capture talking chipmunks
3. Profit
4. Buy DVC points.

:lmao::lmao::lmao: It's like having an argument with your wife then realizing she's the only one who "gives you some"... :rotfl2::rotfl2:

And thats when you start preparing to "make up"

A

A is the correct answer. :thumbsup2

If anyone answers B, the terrorists win. :sad2:

B is the terrorist answer, in this case so is duct tape.

I have come to the conclusion that the debate about TP has been researched to the point that I am buying bidet!! Now let's talk about proper wash temperature and pressure!! :rotfl2:

I want a toilet like the one in my Japanese hotel room. It had a remote. I am still trying to figure how you would ever "use it" and be on the otherside of the room at the same time.

Fact check FAIL. :rotfl:
You sir are correct. Growing up around DC where 5 Guys actually started I didn't realize how much it has grown. I thought it was basically still the same small regional chain. They've gone from just being in NoVA to having 900 locations in the last 11 years. That's rediculous growth for a chain thats less than 20 years old. In N Out is a much older chain I think it's going on 60 years now but they only have about 250 locations.

Yeah, don't want to be anywhere near there when Castro kicks the bucket...

In regard to the Orange Bowl...don't wanna' talk about it:lmao::lmao::lmao:

Ginger: Marilyn Monroe wannabe, High Maintainence, skills include seducing men and some sewing. Tricks men into doing everything for her. Long gowns.

I'm easily distracted by certain things...:lmao::lmao:

Admittedly...it's not one of my finer qualities:rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

Man… what a rotten day; glad to be home finally.

I see that y’all have spent the afternoon wrestling with several of life’s most important questions. I’m entirely too late to the game for the votes to matter, but…

- “A” (no farther discussion necessary )

- Mary Ann & Betty (the other two are way too high maintenance)

- I never watched “Lost”, so I didn’t know who Kate and Juliet were. Ended up looking that one up on the IMDB and based purely on first impressions came to the overwhelming conclusion of… “Sun Kwon”

- “Justified” is good; like the main character a lot, but the rest I can take or leave… never seen “Alcatraz”

I believe that pretty much sums up the activity this afternoon on the board, or did I miss something?

Glad I am off the hook. Didn't want to watch out for helicopters circling the house.

Not to worry, I believe that Fed has had those black choppers circling my house for the past couple of days.

Kate over Juliet???
Again, why do we have to pick one? :confused3

I was in town with my dad for what was supposed to be a football game (someone forgot to tell Clemson) and I don't know if it got hit then or later.
I was afraid for my safety to mention that game, but now that you brought it up... I was a little worried about you. We didn't see you around here for a week or so after that little display in Miami.

On the escapee front, they caught him (Duh). K-9 got him. The idiot was due to be released in March. Now he is going to have a long wait before he can ride a bike again.
Wow... This guy's a freakin genius. Have fun with Bubba.

- “Justified” is good; like the main character a lot, but the rest I can take or leave… never seen “Alcatraz”
Premier was last night. You've only got about 2 hours of TV time to catch up with everything.

I was afraid for my safety to mention that game, but now that you brought it up... I was a little worried about you. We didn't see you around here for a week or so after that little display in Miami.

In the end just a game...but to call it a display is giving it too much credit...to have a display you have to have both teams show up. Clearly, that was not the case here.

Wiley must've texted me 30 times to go "do something":lmao::lmao:

It still pales in comparison to my Junior year team's meltdown while ranked #1 in the country. Losing in the first round of the playoffs at home. To an unranked team. 7-0.

*THAT* was painful...and I still don't like to talk about it:headache::headache:

Made up for it the next year though (thank God)
