:wave2: Hi Brian!

I love you too!

Oh - by the way - how did your meeting with your friend go?

Was great... He's never been there before.

He is planning 6 days no PH.

I asked him how many days for each park.

He said:
MK x 2
EP x 1
HS x 1
AK x 2

Good thing we sat down - disaster averted.

I told him to switch AK with EP for 2 days.

I also told him to do all 4 parks in the first 4 days, and use day 5 and 6 to revisit. That way in case I am wrong ;) with my recommendation, he could always go back to AK and not EP.

I know he won't be sorry.

I also gave him the run down on which restaurants to plan ADR's for.

Now the ball is in his court, he is going to share his choices with me later in the week.

:thumbsup2

Always a good feeling when you can put a ticker in your signature. :rolleyes1

It's also good to be able to say... ciao, adios, a bientot, arrivederci, toodles, ttfn, so long...

I'm off to the airport now.

Heading west.

I'll check in soon though.

sorry about that but dont let that go. it wont go away. i had one a few years ago and they did a root canal and i had it capped. last year they found i big black blob on my x ray above the tooth. it was infected again. i didnt feel a thing because the tooth was root canaled. they went back in a redid it. i had to go back twice because the infection was to bad.
when my dentist found it, i told him i dont feel a thing and what if i would leave it what will happen. he said i would most likely wake up one morning and my face be swollen and if still not treated i wont tell you. again, im no doctor but i just went through it again last year and it sounds the same thing what i had. i didnt try to pop it though. dont google abscess. :thumbsup2

Is there ANYTHING you haven't experienced?

Has anyone read The Dark Side of Disney book? Got it as a gift for Christmas and read it. Quick read, some ok stuff in there, but overall wasn't too impressed. Was wondering what others thought... :confused3

I am not a big popcorn fan either, although I do eat it occasionally. (I prefer it to be swimming in butter, and nice and salty)

Is there anything that isn't better swimming in butter.

Good call.

23 people. One extended family. Grandma & Grandpa are paying for the accomodations & food portion - the individual "kid" families will be contributing for their tickets and extra activities. There are 4 "kid" families, each with very different aged kids and VERY different ideas about what they want to do. The couple last night's kids are 7 & 11... the rest fall below the 7 year old, though one has a 2 and a 15. (There's an oops, if ever I heard of one).

The family I met with last night is basically the "lead" family - paving the way. As the husband said, pretty much 2 of his 3 siblings will follow what he does or close to it - the other one, no way... she's a "free spirit" and doesn't think they need to be planning their vacation a year in advance. :rotfl: He was telling me that she'll probably call to arrange her part about 3 weeks out - and he's hoping that she "crashes & burns". DEFINITE ill feelings between those two! No matter how it all plays out, I'll be doing a lot of this popcorn:: I'm sure.

Hey my little sis is 13 years younger than me. It's wierd I have other sisters closer in age but she's the one that's closest in age. I don't think was an ooops. My parents were starting to miss the chaos of having young kids. This is what happens when you don't have cable.

<==== Jealous! Congrats! :thumbsup2 (May be jealous, but it's still a thumb:lmao:)

Whew! That's a relief.

Very nice! :thumbsup2

It looks so good on you too. Doesn't make you look fat or anything. :rotfl:

Also a relief! I make myself look fat all on my own. :thumbsup2

Looking forward to the pictures!

Never read it, read about it though.

I've seen the dude's website.

Seems to me like he's trailer trash looking for publicity.

I hadn't heard about that. Looked it up on amazon and the reviews seem to be split between "wow this book is awesome, finally someone that likes Disney but is willing to be honest and review stuff without the whitewash and pixie dust" and "this dude presents no new useful information"

It made me want to know what some of these secret dark sides are but everything posted in the reviews seemed kind of "meh"

did you learn anything from the book?

Good Morning,

going back to get caught up since yesterday afternoon, but wanted to share some potentially good news first.

I may have found a job!! Waiting now for a phone call to arrange specifics. Could be working as soon as tonight or tomorrow. It fits my SAHD schedule almost perfectly, as it's 6:30-10:30pm.

:cool1::woohoo:

Great news. We are praying for you :grouphug:

I'll keep it simpler--it's my daughter's birthday!

For some reason, she doesn't want to combine her birthday party with a Super Bowl party. :confused3

What???? Come on Mark, step up and get the girl back on the right track :lmao:

Well said :lmao:

I found out today that the Pats will be using the Colts locker room since the AFC team is the home team :scared1: That means Brady will be using Peyton's locker :scared1:

Mr. Irsay will have to get the whole locker room cleaned and fumigated after the game to ged rid of that cheating, cut off sweatshirt smell :rotfl2:

Can't say I learned much, he gives some advice on how to do Disney on the cheap, but nothing you wouldn't already know (cheap places to load up on food, tips on getting cheaper flights etc.). He has a few interesting stories about sneaking into the utilidors and stuff like that.

Okay, Girl Scout Cookie Season started yesterday...I have each of you down for one box of thin mints!!!!:rotfl:
