been a few days since I got on last.

a lot of things going on, but the biggest is this:

DD is no longer a preschooler!! Last day of school was yesterday, graduation ceremony was today.

hope everyone is doing well. time to head out to work.

I probably won't be out there for 3 or 4 years, so I'm trying to watch all the videos I can.

I would do that too but since I am close, would like to see it first time for myself.

At least I'll have help catching them then. As much help as he'd be...

That is what I am counting on.

Not bad. Ran to Walgreens last night to pick up a prescription. Instead of using the one 2 blocks from the house, I sent it to the one 3 miles away. Nice little 6 mile round trip.

Good job. Now go chase those chickens that UPS should be delivering about now.

I've been to the Dr 3 times now in a week and a half, 1st spider bite, then was really tired with a case of a week stomach and a nasty cough, back today for hives since all of a sudden the Codine in the cough medicine had a negative reaction (look like a leopard gecko)

I'm laying down the law it's got to stop I'm on vacation next week and I'm not going to take it

Where are you staying?

Offsite this time. We've got a 5 bedroom house with private pool in the Terra Verde development. Great rates and only about 10-15 minutes away from Disney. We are going with my in-laws which isn't as bad as it sounds (my 2 BIL's are good friends).

Only doing 2 days in the parks - EP on Monday and MK on Thursday. We do have dinner planned at O'hana another day and probably will hit DD at least once.

From my perspective, it really is. It takes me 1.5 hours to get thru KY, 3-4 hours thru TN. I get 2 states down, 2 states to go, but no where equal on time.

Played with the new camera last night while watching the Heat lose. Even got the external flash to work. Probably going Sunday to the Keys and test it out.

It was a great first half for the Heat. Your flashing must have distracted them.

Yeah, you can't be sick on vacation - man law. At least you got it out of your system.

We got there about 10:30, waited in the the waiting room for about an hour, but 11:30 or so he fell asleep on me.

So when the Dr. came... his breathing all seemed normal...

So in summary....
Canada = Free health care.
However, that FREE health care, comes with the price of TIME!

The health care is already the same here. It's all about profit margins. The fat cat insurance companies keep finding ways to lower reimbursements, raise rates, and lower benefits. We have to wait that long as well, but ours have implemented the waiting room for 45 min, seeing the nurse in assessment room to get vitals, and then sit in exam room for Dr. For 45 minutes. Same medical care. Profits just going to different people.

I eat like crap on business trips! Just wanted everyone to know.

So far, Firehouse Subs, Chipotle, Chik-fil-a (with a banana shake), and Wendy's. Time to break that pattern and find a sit-down restaurant. It's looking like an Olive Garden night. Gotta use up that per diem!

The drive has not been to bad. The girls have been good and until now no storms. There are popcorn storms now but we are 100 plus miles into florida. We have no reservations for tonight so we are playing it by ear, we often travel and while we drive we don't get reservations so no big deal.

Well I am trying to survive this week so that I can drag myself onto the Disney Fantasy for a week!! This past weekend I was on call and ended up with 33 hours of OT on Saturday and Sunday...I am on call again Tuesday and Wednesday Uuughh!

Sounds like you need to get a cruise-length pass to the Rainforest Room and Chill!!!
