Multi quotin consecutive ownage.

Morning all. DW and DD's are still sick :sad1:

DW has it the worse. Hopefully she turns the corner before the weekend, because she had big plans. I o not want to ruin her plans :sad2:

Hope they all get well soon.

Morning David! Hope the family gets better quick.

Left the holler at 4:15 for a meeting in the city. Put me here an hour early but if I had waited an extra 20 minutes I would have gotten tied in in traffic coming in and would have been late. Being able to walk to work has it's advantages. I'll be ready for a nap by lunch!

Not many know what a holler is. You should post some pics. Glad you survived traffic.

Morning Gents!

I had an interesting day yesterday. Apparently there was a sport association within the Province that thought it was ok for a convicted sex offender to be coaching a U18 team :confused3

I have no idea what these people were thinking.

Yeah, it's not like a sports coach us on trial currently for sexual abuse of players. But, the most important thing was did they win games? Sheesh.

Had to share this with you guys... never seen this before. Just follow the directions under the image... so cool!

That was really cool. Thanks for yet another fun thing to distract me from work.

Have to get a garage sale permit for this weekend, I think we will try a different twist this time, going with Sun & Mon:confused3 , I know Fri is usually a good day since people are looking for things to sell themselves at the flea market, but on a Monday twist those people would still have the money they made from the weekend and I would have like no competition:banana:

Everything that sells is a dollar closer to retirement, or Disney, or even the liquor store:rolleyes1

Well I’ll be danged…

I actually finished one of my trip reports.
(now I just need to get back onto the other one)
:rolleyes1

You have to get a permit? We don't have that. And, some just keep a permanent yardsale - everyday you drive by- it's out for sale.

Or, you need to go on another trip.

Evening all....

long day today, had an early training session where my lovely boss forgot he schedualed me for. Called my home and cell wondering why I didn;t show. Whatta maroon. When I finally got into the store, was pretty busy, then had to leave early and grab both kids DW got caught in bad traffic, so had to rush to avoid late pick-up fees. DW is at band practice, so fed the girls and now relaxing.

Sign me up. I put all the Dad info. on the DIS Dads introduction board but I will give a quick recap.

My name is Nick. I live in Ocean Springs, MS with my wife of 7 years and our 3 children (2 girls - 5 and 3/ 1 boy - 1). We have been to WDW 3 times since we married and have our 4th trip planned for Feb. 2013. Our family loves everything Disney and I am the biggest fanatic of the bunch. Its nice to see I am not alone in this obsession.

Oh, my birthday is May 9th.

Those great bosses. Glad you survived,

Welcome. Dues are payable in dole whips, bacon, beer, or cake. Haven't been in February, although my goal is to visit WDW in every calendar month. My ultimate goal would be to visit WDW every day, but my dream of winning the lottery would have to happen first.

In the meantime, make yourself at home. The Beer is in the fridge.

You can also join us on disdads.com and even Facebook... who knew, right?

Nemesis

Without Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker would still be sowing the crops on Tatooine.

Without Lex Luther, Superman would just be Clark Kent the mild mannered reporter from Metropolis.

Without The Evil Queen's obsession with Snow White, we'd all be jipped of hours of family entertainment and a new Mine Car ride in the Fantasyland Expansion.

Without Skar, ok we'd likley still have Mufasa, but even so... he still lit a fire under Simba's butt, and made him step up and do the right thing regaining his place as king of the pride lands

There have been many nemesises through history, here are just a few more:
Tom and Jerry
Fire and Ice
Batman and The Joker
Aladdin and Jaffar
The Yankees and The Red Sox
Agent P and Doofenshmirtz
The Hatfields and The Mccoys
Coke and Pepsi
Norm and Deodorant

What I am trying to say is, without a Nemesis, the heroes identity can easily be lost.

So in order to Hang on to My identity as Hero of all, and Controller of the universe, yeah... he is a little scared, I assure you. I need a NEMESIS.

And Scott has filled that role quite well.

So Happy Birthday Nemesis, and here's hoping you have another 100 more to come... unless of course that brake line fails unexpectedly... It could happen!!!
