Just popping in to vent...

I ordered a reusable water bottle from the Photopass website for DW for her birthday. I custom made one with the 2011 graphics on one side and this picture on the other side:

What I got looks like this:

I'm beyond beverlied off right now. When I viewed it online before I ordered it, the whole picture appeared in the window and now my pictures have expired and are no longer on their website. I really just want them to fix it and send me a good one, but now I feel like I might be lucky just to get my money back... not happy at all.:headache:

Wow, I guess they don't look at the finished product, they should have called you just to see if it was supposed to be a arm, forehead shot, someone should have caught that:confused3

No kidding. That was my first thought when I saw it. Do they even look at these things when they put them in the box???? Excellent work by the quality control department. :thumbsup2 You know that ain't a thumb.
 
Man, that truly sucks. I would let them know that you have 600+ strong backing you on this complaint!

I agree word of mouth travels fast and I am sure they wont want that bad publicity.

My wife hates it when you have to call and complain, she gets nasty right away and might get the problem resolved, but what she really hates is when I call with the calm sarcastic with a touch of humor approach and end up getting the problem solved plus get bonus stuff:banana:
 

@ Ron about convention :look at the convention thread. Right now jan2013 in leading but looks like march is on its heels

Yeah... I'm going to make an effort to not holler and scream four letter words at them until I'm red in the face. The calm approach does tend to work better. It is just very hard to adhere to that ideology.:lmao:

That sucks. When you call in the a.m. I would start with the nice approach and go from there. Even though the pics have 'expired' I have a feeling they can 'find' them. If you have problems I have FED's number. :headache::rolleyes1:rolleyes1

Just remember 9 out of 10 times the person you will be talking to had NOTHING to do with it, start by saying that you have a problem with your order that they might be able to help you out with, If you start off too strong they will get on the offensive, if your all calm about it they will be more willing to help:thumbsup2

Too early to tell, although I would love to go in March for my Bday, we have been there for Rachel and Hunters, I kinda feel left out:eek:
