Good Morning. I see we have a new thread!!

Hopefully I will get caught up soon. I've just been overwhelmed at home and I'm not sure when things will ease up. What little spare time I seem to get, I've been using to read since I now have the kindle. I've just started the Harry Potter books, and it's going slowly, so perhaps it's time to give the kindle a break.

I have to update my sig because today is DD's birthday and she is now the big 5!! I guess she's officially a child now?

DW and I were pleasantly surprised with that movie. We both really enjoyed it. (although, due to the British accents, I had some troubles understanding what was said from time to time)

It's just after 11 and I'm already finishing up my second load of laundry and I've taken down all the outdoor decorations!

Time to run to the store, get some lunch, and then it's movie time!

I think I'm going to take this one in next week on my day off..I've been wanting to see this for a very long time, was a big fan of the comics growing up.

I know my car is fine. I'm pretty positive if you took the time to visit me to sabatage my car, you wouldn't have been able to resist drinking the beer from my kegerator. Keg is pretty full this morning.

Oh and don't count on a huge speech from me for my 1000th post. I'm a pretty concise writer.

I remember when the first Harry Potter movie came out - I'd never heard of the books, and yet thousands of people are lining up around the theater to see the movie. DW and I were in Michael's Crafts, and saw the paper back on sale for $5. We thought, what the heck, let's see what all the fuss is about. DW read it first, couldn't put it down, then ran out and bought the next couple.
