One of my favorite quotes from ML:
All right people, we got 10 minutes 'till game time, let's all gather 'round. I'm not much for giving inspirational addresses, but I'd just like to point out that every newspaper in the country has picked us to finish last. The local press seems to think that we'd save everyone the time and trouble if we just went out and shot ourselves. Me, I'm for wasting sportswriters' time. So I figured we ought to hang around for a while and see if we can give 'em all a nice big peanutbutterburger to eat!
What, like Hurley?
Between that and the "Do you nail it or screw it?" question from yesterday, Don's on a roll.
Heck, at the rate I'm going, I should be at 1000 by Monday (my time, not your time)
I wish I had some carpentry skills. The last time I held a crowbar, I almost took my eye out.
I'll admit I'm not familiar with Hurley.
But to give you an idea of where I grew up, it was 250 miles north of Edmonton and the town was only 33,000 population. (now its over 100,000) The only stops on the highway between McMurray and Edmonton were 2 gas stations (1 about 70 miles south of town and the other about 140 miles south)
Maybe I should do something to get this thread deleted...![]()

Couple of bars. Couple of strip clubs.I'll admit I'm not familiar with Hurley.
Why do you need so many gas stations? Doesn't everyone travel by dogsled up there? But to give you an idea of where I grew up, it was 250 miles north of Edmonton and the town was only 33,000 population. I am so thankful that I've been given the handy skills that I do. I have probably saved over $40K in labor with all the projects around the house.
Oh, a Wonder bAR. I thought you had the "a" and the "r" reversed there for a second. Those crowbars are no joke. Personally, I use a Wonder bar... every man should have one!![]()
You're kidding, right? Rhinelander is the hustling, bustling metropolis of Northern Wisconsin! It's got a Shopko, a Hardees, AND an Arby's!
Plus the Hodag.

You only know about that part of Wisconsin from having to go visit me at school.
