If they want to cut out the LCBO of the picture completely, the die hard alcoholics, can just buy the unwanted bottles off of those looking to return. Cost you guys nothing staff wise, and maybe the returners can make a couple of extra bucks of the alcoholics.

I suggest getting a bulletin board to post outside the store, with a note saying CLOSED - PLEASE MAKE YOUR OWN ARRANGEMENTS and have two columns:
- Looking to buy
- Looking to sell
and then a contact number.

Yesterday it was like a ghost town on here and I think we've already hit the number of posts from yesterday in the few hours this morning!

Oh and thanks for the tip about the reservation system opening up. I was able to shift a late lunch at Le Cellier up an hour to be a little bit more in line with nap time!

Yesterday it was like a ghost town on here and I think we've already hit the number of posts from yesterday in the few hours this morning!

It’s a ghost town where I am today.
It works the opposite for me… No one is here to demand anything, so it’s mightily slow.


I may even have to take a little time to work on a TR.

I remember back when Microsoft included gorilla.bas with Windows... neat little game.

Anyone else wonder why Angry Birds is so popular? I don't get it...

My kids love it, but it gets boring for me pretty fast. For quick mindless games, I prefer castle/home-defense type games like Plants v Zombies.

I like it. I like any of the structural, physics-based games where you have to knock down/destroy the structure.

Have you tried Crush the Castle? That's another one my kids love.

I hope everyone had a great Christmas/Chanukah. After 3 days of people at our house, we are taking today off. WHEW!

We received some great presents this year. I bought DW an ipad2, which she hasn't put down yet. DD received and American Girl doll from Santa and an ipod touch from us. She hasn't put those down either. And I got what I asked for- underwear & socks. But DW did buy me the Fodor's Walt Disney World 2012 book.

Merry Christmas to all. Long gone are the days when DD gets up at 5:00 to see what Santa brought. She strolled down here around 10:30. Had a nice morning. DD and I were happy with our loot. One thing she got for me is this:

I have the ornament of just the lamp. My DW gave it to me a few years ago. I think I watched a Christmas Story about 10 times over the last few days.

I have officially survived the road trip from Peanut Butter.

OUCH... that sounds like the trip from he!! I hope everyone is back to good health and you are able to enjoy your party.

I also do an end of the year book for the DW with pictures from the year. Several of the DisDads (that's nice, Captain Oblivious, prattpak) made the book this year, hope to add more of you next year! .

Do we get any residuals for our appearance?

This book is about 200 pages and is filled with amazing artwork and stories. It'd make an awesome coffee table book, if your kids won't destroy it. (mine would and we don't have a coffee table so I'm out of luck.)

Very cool book! I might have to get my hands on that one.

On a Disney related note, has anyone else noticed that ADRs are getting easier to get? I made a couple of changes to our ADR in February with no problem at all. I wonder if the new system of forcing you to leave a credit card for every ADR is cutting down on the multiple bookings.

I didn't know they started this already... So any word if they are holding people to the ADR or are they changing for no shows or changes before the ADR. We are planning a trip next year and I'm wondering if plans change hours before the ADR (having a 1yr old) will they charge your card?

I can't access these reservations at work, but I remember that the agreement said that they would charge unless cancelled > 24 hours in advance. But I wonder how much they will enforce this (especially if you call with a story about a crying 1 year old)
