Hello all,
My name is Chris. I'm a father of three DS(7), DD(4) and DD(2). Happily married to my wife for eleven years. I am a Disney addict. We go twice a year with an upcoming WDW and DCL trip in January. It seems I'm always planning a trip and indoctrinate my children daily by having them watch the WDW parades on youtube. I'd love to be a member of the DisDad's as I identify with the majority of your criteria.

Sick as a dog last night. Throwing up, etc. Hate that. Haven't done it in years. Anyway, I HAD to go to work this am for 3 hours (unfortunately no way around it) & accidentally put two different shoes on. I posted a pic in FB, Not my proudest moment.... I must say, only one guy noticed (yes, my gay co-worker, cliche I know). The woman all noticed.

Anyway, starting to feel better now, just thought I'd share my foolishness!!

Well...we had our PT Test for the year today....scored excellent on all categories, including the 1.5 mile run. Not bad for a guy still in PT for a broken ankle

As someone who did a 5 and 1/2 year electrical apprenticeship, these kinds of things break my heart. Unfortunately the person who did this will never have to answer for it. I hope you and your family have a safe and happy holiday despite the current situation. And as you say "thank God nobody was hurt!"

this was a job i was on today. i design and sell hvac systems. i was there to explain to the insurance people who think you can clean smoke out of fiberglass duct board why it needs to be replaced. not to mention the duct board isnt to code anymore.
they wanted to spend $1000.00 to save $600.00.

I accidentally did that yesterday, but didn't notice until today, when I grabbed a pair of socks that didn't match. Looked in the hamper, sure enough, there were the mismatched pair. So I did what I feel anyone would do...I wore the new mismatched pair. No sense in washing only half of them come laundry time.

Being that I've only been on the disdad's an hour, I'd like to say sorry if I insulted any Cub fans. However I have no problem insulting every RedSox fan on here.

Good man, just crazy right now....still waiting to hear if I'm going to get to go to Miami for the Orange Bowl, or be sent to Trinidad for three weeks the first week of January.

I don't know if you all remember a few weeks ago when the Giants and Packers played. Barry & I bet on the game. I left it up to him if he wanted to give me points or not and he decided he would give me 7. We all know the Giants lost but only by 3 points. So that meant that I won!


Today there was a package at my door....

Upon opening it I find....

6 Wisconsin microbrews (which is what we bet) & a few other goodies.

He included a couple Root Beers for the DW and DD and some cheese, no not the government kind, but some high quality Wisconsin cheese.

We tested the cheese and the chocolate cheese fudge and they were all great. My favorite was the bacon cheese. Even my DW Melody loved it.

Thanks for the offer. However once the kids came along, I no longer have the time or knowledge to compete in fantasy leagues. I now pick teams like my wife, "A bear is much stronger than a dolphin, however the dolphin is faster". It's sad, but true. I keep up my disney obsession, but have let the sports slide a bit. I still love BACON, so can i keep my man credentials?

All are welcome. I thought my dds didn't pay attention, but DW reported the correctly identified the Saints on TV when two salespeople were arguing were about it. Always keep hope.

But I think he will be an awesome judge, he will be brutally honest. Not crude, or dirty, or inappropriate. He takes this VERY seriously.

I am way out of the loop. I didn't follow the satellite radio move, and cut back on my cable because of $. I heard him interviewed about the show, and he sounded serious.
