Sorry, got side tracked directly a few!!! They are good and strong!! I've got more in the fridge!!

I need them after the evening we just had! We went to a restaurant with a playground tonight with friends. DH was with DS on the playground when some little kid (like 18 months) bit DS HARD. Every kid in the area said that the kid had bit them as well. So DH found the mom (no where to be seen of course) and gave her an ear full.

Then DD came to me to tell me that she heard and felt her sprained ankle pop. So then she got 20 questions- were you running? no (of course not, she's my rule follower), does it hurt? a little, blah, blah, blah. I think she's fine- time will tell.

Ok, thanks for letting me vent! More ritas please!!!!

OMG...you guys are just too funny!!!!

Sorry I couldn't get back on, I had to fix dinner, then take DS16 to voulenteer orientation, then run to Mike's, so I just got back.

Yeah, the fridge got fixed. The guy was hmmmm, and oohhhhh, and rut roh...then hmmmm, I think i found the problem...

He used a steam machine to defrost, said it's the safest and fastest for deicing...great tip for when i defrost (defreeze) the upright freezer.

Anyway, he said it was a wire came off. So he put the wire back on and it's getting colder When I got back home DH was taking me by the hand and showing me that is is freezing the ice again...

I was expecting a higher repair cost, so I have to say the sun is still shining on me today, and even though I waited all day, I had a dog day today

Now, it's my turn for the adult beverage

Good for DH giving that mom an ear full! Some people think those places are for other people to babysit their kids. I never left mine alone...guess I was too paranoid

I am sure DD will feel better. Yeah, we don't leave our kids at all. The mom told DH that she was watching him (from her seat where she was talking to people) and DH said to her "Well obviously not that well, because he managed to not only bite my son, but about 5 other kids!"

ashley, that is just terrible. HELLO please watch your son so he does not BITE mine!!!! oh i would have been so ticked off. i can't do people chatting and not watching their (key word here) kid!

aroyer did DD have a good night? DS no adverse reactions to the bite? That kid that bit him needs a rabies shot

That is one things that just really irritates the stuffing out of me..

I'm so sorry that your DS got a bite from that mean kid. How does the bite area look today?
Sorry that DD hear a pop.. did you ice her when you got home? I'd tell her to keep it elevated today for a while!!

Thanks y'all! DS's bite looks much better this morning. You can still see it but it isn't as angry as it was last night. And DD's ankle seems to be the same this morning, but I am definitely going to keep her off of it today since we will be camping this weekend.
