Thanks, guys! It was that bowl of Peanut M&Ms sitting out on the table all day Sunday that got me way off track for a day or two. It also reminded me why I put my portion of whatever snack into it's own container. I have no self-control when eating out of the big container.


We are going to eat healthier and see if we are feeling better at the end of the 2 weeks. I hope this is a great jump start for Chris and I and Nick would like to be slimmer for bathing suit weather. Hunter eats healthy anyway so it really won't effect him. Colby is becoming a little porker so helping him find healthy options will be beneficial.

I was so good this week I don't know what happened. I journalen every bite, I kept within my points, I drank my water...My meeting leader said "well it's still .2 in the right direction" I know she is right but...
Anyway all I can do is keep eating well & tracking my points..hopefully its something hormonal & I will see a bigger loss next week.
I have gotten a few, is that really you when I needed to show people my drivers license, good thing I am up for a new license in June.
