Good job everyone. If you are feeling discouraged or have a bad day just remember to make healthier choices in the future and keep on moving. Don't let it continue in a downward trend back to your old habits.
I'm down another two pounds,
which brings me to a flat 200 pounds. Which was my first goal that I set back in January.
I was really hoping it was going to be 3 pounds so my weight started with a 1 for the first time since junior high about 10 years ago that will come soon though.
I'm just happy with the 2 pound loss as I only worked out 3 days this week, the worst since I restarted in the middle of July. I decided my body needed a break as I have been having abdominal pain and reflux and have tests next Tuesday to figure out what is going on. I also had a cat scan and a chest x-ray today as well.

I think it was Beth who said the same thing. I've sadly been wondering if that might be the case.
today & all of you & your kind words & pats on the back always help.
I think I did one of my 35-minute days, but that's about it! We have been doing pretty well with eating, though, so I suppose that's good!
.
because I am still loosing but just really slowly.

I haven't had time to look into it yet, but was wondering if you were doing this?
