Hello all!
We're doing all right here! This week I have made a menu for Kyle and myself and we've stuck to it almost entirely!
I cheated and had a spoonful of chocolate frosting yesterday, but otherwise have been right in the range I wanted for calories, fat, carbs, protein, and various nutrients! Let me tell you though, I HATEeating this way! I feel like it's a ton of food, and not at ALL the foods I want!
We did get a scale though! Interesting thing to be excited about, huh?
I weighed in on Sunday, and again at the doctor yesterday (unofficial as it was mid-day) .... hopefully this Sunday it will have paid off eating all this (non)junk!
As for exercise, I've been doing really well! I had to backtrack on the training plan again, because I keep getting off track! That's frustrating, but this week I am up to par! I just got back from a 35-minute walk/run, in which I ran 70% of the time. I'm not sure how far it was, because I only measure mileage on certain days. I could breathe though!
Thank goodness for less humid days and new meds.
I also did six strength training exercises from yesterday.
