I'm finally home for awhile and can get posting here. I AM IN!! I had posted on the Wish thread for awhile over a year ago and was doing a decent job. I was even down to 189 last spring, but somehow gained back a lot of what I had lost. I am excited to be a part of this thread since I "know" so many of you already.
My goal is to lose 70 pounds.
My plan - planning and actually cooking dinner 6 nights a week. Additionally, I need to kick the McGriddle habit. I don't eat much other fast food, but I do have a McGriddle an average of 5 mornings a week. I also need to do more cardio exercising. I walk about 1.5 miles to work and again coming home if I don't take the bus or subway to of from the commuter rail. However that doesn't seem to be helping the weight loss. I want to add some more aerobic exercise to the mix and plan to check out the free choices on Comcast's OnDemand.
Kate - I really like the idea of a group exercise time as a motivational tool. The 9:30 works well for me too.
ksoehrlein - I am interested in checking out the challenge info as well and sent you a PM
Does anyone know of a good online site to track food, weight, exercise, etc that is free, or at the very least not too expensive?
