We just got home from recitals..I am so tired & it was freezing in the auditorium. Katie has now declared she wants to try out for company in the fall.:faint: 7 classes with 7 costumes to pay for on 5 nights a week. Just smack me ok??? Tomorrow we have another show.

Here at the Rec center where I work with Stephanie, they have dance classes so it was fun when they came in for their pictures. The costumes looked so cute and fun.

I loved that time in my life. Not sure how my mom felt, but I loved it.

Ooh I'll take one please.

as long as I'm mixing...

I worked in the yard all afternoon, and I really should be still, but a storm is about to come through, so I thought I should come in.

Elin, great photos. I love to visit historical places like that. Although Leighanna thinks that they are boring!

Looks like we could get some here too, possibly. Hope not because cocktail hour is about to move to the patio.

I am very fortunate in that both our daughters thought history, and the sightseeing associated with it, was fun. In fact, Kristin used to ask to go to Williamsburg for her birthday. Since we can't do WDW this year she asked yesterday if we could go back again this year. We are! :goodvibes

That just astounds me, Anne Marie! If I asked my students to come in for piano and composition 7 times a week and pay me each time they came in I wouldn't have any students! Maybe I am teaching the wrong art form....

I weatherproofed the camper a bit as some of the caulking was wore. We also put a few more things in there. I picked up a few groceries for this week and added minutes to the kids cell phones.

I rented a few movies for us to watch tonight, but the kids made arrangements to sleep at my parent's house. I guess Chris and I can watch them together. I'm sure Chris will enjoy 27 Dresses :rotfl:

depends on who is modeling them....

:rotfl2: ;) :rotfl2:

Elizabeth, yup your right. Good on keeping your cool.

I didn't keep my cool. There just didn't happen to be any fatalities.

Diva just left with the same cousin she went with last night. Mom just showered and we are going to head out to somewhere. Sam's or Target or Barnes and Noble or somewhere that I can buy a book or two! And maybe while we're out we'll run across something for dinner!

DH just called. DS had a blast with the Uncles (of course). Now DH is taking DS to get a pizza and rent a movie. They went to REI to look at the camera bag DH wants but they don't have it in the store. They do have the Gorilla Pod, and we have a 15% off coupon so we may go back and get that. I guess we're going to have to think about ordering the bag online. :rolleyes1

Anne Marie - Good luck to Katie with company! I wish I was still 12!

Tammy, I hope the shots help quickly for you.

One tip,,,get anything that you were wearing, sleeping in or on and wash it. The oils stay around and you do not want to get reinfected.
I've learned that. I already threw away the gardening gloves I was wearing.

Glad the parties went well, Denise. Have 2 glasses of wine. ;)
I am about to make vodka & tonic for Kristin and me!
3 glasses - she has triplets you know. ;)

I'm sure the kids had a wonderful time!

I hope you stayed away from the poison ivy.

Are you going to let her do it? I think it is such a wonderful experience for the girls to be able to do that.

Bob just went to pick up our Chinese food take out. He also got us some movies too....National Treasure and Fool's Gold. Had I been with him we would not have gotten the latter. I can't stand Matthew McCoughnahy. He laughs at me because I base whether a movie will be good or not by who is starring in it. If I don't like the actor/actress, I don't get the movie.

Me either! But, the upside is you will probably like National Treasure! :thumbsup2

Glad to hear those new GPS purchases are working out well. Just remember they are not 100% accurate and that sometimes their best way will send you over the river, through the woods and on dirt roads in the process. Let's just say I know from experience.;)

I love my GPS and I use it very often. But know to have a map just in case. As some areas I work I would not see another person for many miles. To redirect me if the GPS is incorrect.

We went out to eat at Red Lobster for my Grandma's birthday. I should go for a walk, but I have no motivation. I have really been tired recently, but can not sleep when I go to bed. I eventually sleep but then it is time to get up. Some times it really stinks being a night owl. Also since most of my meetings and activities are not happening at night, I am working earlier most days, which does not agree with me. I would rather work 2pm-10pm instead of 9am-5pm. Right now I am mostly working the latter.

I also have been dealing with an eBay/Paypal issue. I purchased an underwater camera from eBay at the beginning of the month and have yet to receive it. The seller is no longer a member of eBay. This seller had been a member for over a year, had over 300 transactions and 100% rating or close to it when I made my purchase. Now there are several negatives as others did not get merchandise and they are no longer a member. So I could use good thoughts that I get my money back.

I hope you are all having a great weekend.

Elizabeth- :wizard: :wizard: in dealing with you sister. Hope something clicks and she realizes her behavior is not nice.

Jennifer- Hope Kyle catches up on his sleep and gets out of his funk.

Elin, Tammi, Ann Marie, Amy, Tom and anyone I missed great pictures.

Oh, Becky, I hope your ebay problems are taken care of soon. That is horrible! As for the GPS... I would never travel anywhere without a map and a rudimentary knowledge of where I was. I have never understood how people with GPS systems can be on the highway with know earthly idea of where they are!

Kristin is a night owl too. She would feel your pain. She has applied for a job as a bank teller for the time being, and the hours are 12-6. She is in 7th heaven at the prospect that she might really be working in the real world with hours that won't make her feel physically ill every day.

She will look so cute, we are going to need a picture. :goodvibes

Leighanna has lost her two first bottom teeth. But now it is the top front two that are loose. I am about to have a little girl with a toothless grin.:)
She is already practicing the song "All I want for Christmas are my two front teeth".
I am hoping they will be already in by then!:rotfl:
