I know once we are in the air I will be fine...right now I am feeling overwhelmed....these kids just want to bring EVERYTHING!! Jackie hands me 6 pairs of shoes

I thought, never mind. The concierge villas are NOT guaranteed savannah view, the hotel rooms are. Congrats on savannah view!

You really don't worry once you are on the plane? I can still find PLENTY to worry about on the plane, but if you don't worry on the plane then I won't share those topics with you.

Well, free dining snapped up those reservations! I called for some ADRs today to finalize my decision whether to move our trip to cover F&WF. It looks like I'll have to give up 3 ADRs if we move - LeCellier (never tried it), new Tusker House breakfast (also new) and 'Ohana (a new favorite after last trip). I'll also probably have to give up our 2nd Wishes to do F&WF. So, now I'm back to the drawing board. Gotta decide which I want more. Either way, though, I think we're going for Sept.

I hope you can get it all figured out. You can keep calling for ADRs - people cancel all the time. I am still not sure if my ADRs are finalized.

Moving the cruise up is NOT ok. at least dog wise. I will have only had my dog 4 months and I want to take him and my parents especially my MOM wants me to keep him home. I don't think our bond will be strong enough to keep him in a kennel and i don't want to kennel him and him feel abandoned. I am trying to find all information out and talking to people who have taken cruises and taken their service dog to see what they did how they did it and how it went. moms argument is that it will be a hassle to take him and something extra someone will have to take care of for me. also the noises and all the people and distractions for the dog. HELLO I AM A HASSLE TO TAKE PLACES AND PEOPLE HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF ME BUT YOU STILL TAKE ME. she isn't the one who is gonna take care of me on the ship any way my cousin is and i have already asked her if she would mind. her answer was lets ask Michelle during class and then we will decide. In a way I think my mom is trying to find a way to stay home but then she is gonna rub it in my face when i get home that she had to take care of my dog. also i don't want my dog to get attached to my parents like shocker was. i just wanna cry and scream but i am not because then mom will no she got to me.

I'm so sorry. How frustrating for you! Hope you can find a way to work it out.

We definitely do need to get together again. The kids had a great time and would love to do it again.

3 suitcases packed...2 to go ...I did get an email from the concierge guy that we definitely have a Savannah view, so I was excited about that. I can't wait to be on that plane so I don't have to worry about anything else

I've got cold and am feeling lousy. I tried to go to bed hours ago but couldn't sleep. Maybe I should try again or work on photopass some more-I think I have 2 days finished.

And if your cheerleading is anything like our cheerleading, that is only the begining. There was mandatory tumbling classes. Private lessons. Hotel, competion entrance fees and travel expenses. OMG. John will be very happy..

You could say "No balloons at AKL!" Which is absolutely true, but since you won't be at AKL the whole time AND they don't take up any room you might as well give in on that one.

DS requires constant vigilance - you never know what he will put in his backpack. I fuss at him all the time not to put anything sharp or liquid in there, but "useless" usually escapes my notice until later.

I made my kids pack their own stuff. I gave them a list of items (and quantities) that they needed to pack. They set it all beside their suitcase and I checked it out. If it said 3 pairs of shoes, it was 3 pairs of shoes. I did a final check to make sure they brought appropriate clothes. It made it a lot easier on me.

Huh! Who knew? We'll only be in concierge for 3 nights so our chances of meeting him might be pretty slim even if he is there!
I haven't decided if we'll try for a concierge villa next year.

DS would go the rest of his life in the same single pair of shoes. Makes me crazy. I will pack several pairs for him.

Christopher only wants to wear velcro shoes...it's driving me crazy!! I told him he can't go to college in velcro shoes!!
