myBob just said he would like to do another WDW vacation. When I told him we would be going in September, her said, "Sooner!" Unfortunately, it won't happen, but... I am really surprisd at him!

He also said that they had really missed out not asking me to be on the show tonight. :

And I found out myBob was watching the show tonight, again without any prompting from me. When I commented to him about it he said that it could come back to bite me in the butt, as with all this new-found knowledge he is gaining I will have to relinquish some control. What is that man thinking?!?!?!

well our remodel has started. and i have hired a night attendant she starts tomorrow.

At his lesson today Patrick let me know that a video he and his parish submitted for the Papal visit was one of the finalists. He wrote the music for it and plays on it too. What an honor to have had it chosen over hundreds and hundreds of submittals from all over the country!

I'll say! Congrats to him. The choir director at St. Mary's was the Asst. Choir Director for the Papal Mass in DC.

I got my buttonhole lesson from SIL tonight. She's a great teacher-she made me do it! Funny with her there to watch they were coming out fine. So I don't know if I was just too tired to do it and didn't change my stitch legnth when I did Buzz or if my machine is working better the more I use it. So I was just working with scraps and didn't actually do the buttonholes. I tackle them when I'm awake in the morning. Then I have to pack my Owner's Locker boxes to mail on Monday.

It was nice to see her and she had photos of the baby boy my niece is in the process of adopting in Russia. He is such a cutie!!! They were there in March and it usually takes 4 to 6 months before they can go back to bring him home.

I didn't want to scare Tammi so I didn't say earlier that my O2 sensor had to be replaced on my old car and I'm pretty sure it was over $100 then like 2 days laters the light came on again and they said it was a different O2 sensor and it was another $100+ to fix.

Thank you! The dude at the service station said there were like 2 or so different sensor so they would need to diagnos which one was the problem. I'm just thankful that whatever they did worked.

we'll just see how long she lasts lol. so far its ok with the remodel. a good thing is my attendant is moving to a downstairs apartment in a couple weeks so i'll be able to leave for a few hours a day.

Happy Friday night, DDA!

I am having a good evening! Went to happy hour with some friends, and after a few glasses of wine, I'm nice and relaxed.

Elizabeth - congrats on the laptop purchase! Good luck getting it set up!

Glynis - I am so happy to hear such great news! How exciting!

Karen - I have only cruised DCL, but my aunt and uncle (who cruise exclusively on vacations) only go RCL, and think they are GREAT. We plan to try RCL next. Good luck with the new attendant!

Deb - glad to hear you had a good day with Colby!

Vicki - you described this group perfectly! Prayers for Jean, and for the funeral.

Beth - such exciting planning going on. If you have self esteem issues - all the more reason to hang out with the DDA! We love you regardless!

Bernadette - congrats on the button holes!

I love the late character meals, too! We did an 11:10 a.m. reservation at CM's with our family in December, and had the best time and character interaction. Everyone was amazed at all the attention we had - duh, why did you think I selected that time?

We managed to get the bike rack attached to the camper tonight. Now we need to come up with a new location for the spare tire. Chris still needs to weld extra support under the bumper, but it seems stable. Now we can take our bikes to FW
