There is a rumor on the codes board that free dining will be offered starting April 10th. Not sure of the dates it includes yet.

First, let me say just say that he plays on the city league, which is not real competitive. Right now they practice Tues and Thurs for 4 weeks, and then games start. They will then have games on Tues and Sat and practice on Thurs. What's Emma's schedule like?

We practice Monday and Wednesday nights from 6pm to 7:30pm. Our games start March 30th. And our practices will stay the same once games start. I guess it's similar then. An hour and half seems like a lot to me for 8 year olds. Is his team co-ed? We are all girls now.

Would it bother any of you if I post a picture of Olivia?

Not me. I would love to see her.

Good morning, DDA!

It is POURING rain here. Which makes it dark. I didn't realize just HOW dark, until I turned off the light coming out of the bathroom and Princess ran into the door! Now she has a fever and a bonk on her head.
Dadboss said since she isn't going out of town that we can just keep an eye on her instead of dragging her tot he Dr. in the torrential rain. I appreciate that. It is supposed to be nice tomorrow, so if she needs to go to the Dr. we can go tomorrow.

Robyn - DS bailed out of soccer when he was 5 so I don't know what is typical for kids Emma's age.
I will go have a chat with the Science teacher tonight. IF she is there, because in the past she wasn't around for conferences! As of last night he was missing an assignment in Language Arts, too. The teacher even put a little note asking if he had it because it was something they did in class. He looked for it and didn't find it, so now I am starting to wonder if he really has turned in all the Science papers like he claims.

Can't wait to go read the rumor. Not that free dining will help me.

Kristine - I hope Jonathan is feeling better when he wakes up!

Hmm. My guess is that "free" dining will start August 31, MAYBE August 24, but not before that. On the incredibly UNlikely chance that it starts on Aug. 10 I need to go crunch some numbers.

I'm sure the free dining will start after our trip in Aug. If AP discounts come out, I will go with that or just keep the AAA discount. Now if appetizers & tips were included...................

Yes it is co-ed. Our practices are only an hour though, from 6:30-7:30.

I just had a long chat with a co-worker who is considering buying into DVC. They have a week-long Disney cruise booked for Oct. and then are adding on another week at the resort. He was telling me about his last Disney cruise that he went on. They had 2 CM's at their dining table. I would have loved to sit and chat every evening at dinner with CMs.

I guess it isn't much different then. I am glad that we are all girls now. I think it will allow her more field time which will help her get better. She is a good player but not aggressive like the other kids from her team the last couple of years and her coach only wanted to play the kids who would score goals. Very frustrating.

Janet - I would CONSIDER getting free dining for Aug. 10-17 if it was offered, but we wouldn't be staying at BC because rack rate is too high. If we could get AKL pool view as a AAA package I would probably do it. I MIGHT even consider doing it at rack rate. I don't think we have any signature dinners those days, so the basic plan would be OK. Of course my chart with my ADRs is at home.
Olivia is sweet! I hope she is doing well this morning!

Thanks!! I don't have any Easter ones yet I almost forgot about having to take Lucy to see the Easter Bunny. Poor girl is going to get forgotten all the time.

I think Princess has a headache. She took the bow out of her hair. Not sure if her head hurts from having a cold or from running into the door. I gave her some Motrin.
