DDA Chapter 4

:rotfl:

Thanks. My family is doing lots of this  and this :snooty: about our name choice:

Noah

Middle name still not 100% decided

I love that name! What do THEY know? :snooty:

:woohoo: congrats on another little boy, Amy & Kevin. How does Alyssa feel about this?

Thank you. :goodvibes

She claims she's excited. She just said, "I like my little brother Noah."

I think she'd still like to get rid of Matthew if given the chance though. :teeth:

After 54 1/2 years I think my sister would still like to get rid of my little brother too! :rotfl:

BTW - that is my "little" brother towering over everyone else in the family photo below... ;)

Congrats, Amy! and I love the name Noah. 2 boys and a girl is a GREAT combination.

:rotfl: I take it you have a better relationship with him than your sister does. ;)

Congrats, Amy! and I love the name Noah. 2 boys and a girl is a GREAT combination.

Thanks Denise. I knew you'd like the combo. :)

Kevin has decided since I'm going out that he's going to take the kids to Big Boy. Hopefully the grease will agree with all their tummies. ;)

Congrats, Amy!!
pirate: Pirates are cooool!
I think Noah is a pretty popular name. It is a nice name. :)
We considered Drake, Grayson, Cody, Jarrod. We actually chose DS's name fairly early, but we didn't tell anyone what it was going to be because we knew there would be all sorts of bickering. Especially since my father was just about my LEAST favorite person and he would expect DS to be named after him. I think NOT. So I found the name Haralambos in the baby name book and told everyone that was going to be his name. Middle name would be Meow so the cats wouldn't feel left out and could pronounce his name properly.;)

Well, you would certainly know, Denise. I wish you had better news today from the ENT. Good thoughts for the neuro appt.

Excellent choice of name :goodvibes

Our youngest grandson is named Noah James

I suppose I do have a better relationship with him. Might have something to do with the fact that I never stepped on him while he was in the playpen, or stuck his head through the railings of the front porch, or harpooned him with a bathroom plunger....

I hope Kevin and the kids have as much fun as you and Jen will!

We told everyone our child was going to be Hoo Hoo Raoul...

Elizabeth-glad DH got to trade his prize. I haven't read too much about that Sony but the little I have sounds good.

I don't think the ENT had a clue. Said it could be xx. John, the tests were run and it's not. See the paperwork? ENT, oh, yeah. Uh... maybe it's a yeast infection on your tongue. Go get this filled. See me in 2 weeks. John, yeah, right...

Neuro is next Thursday. Maybe they'll have a clue? Can you tell I'm frustrated?
How frustrating!!!! I'm sure John is too. :wizard: Hope he gets more concrete answers on Thursday!

It's a good thing we wanted to know the baby's gender, because this baby was very proud to show off HIS anatomy! :goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes
Congratulations!!!! pirate: Boys usually are quite proud! Joe was!

We made sure not to tell them. I like it!

She claims she's excited. She just said, "I like my little brother Noah."

Wonderful name Amy!!! I was wrong for you....but I wonder if that means I get a niece in September???:confused3

Like I told you earlier this week I wasn't getting a strong vibe...but now I get the feeling I have 3 girls joining my family...so I guess I gotta wait for a couple more weeks for my sister's ultrasound. :goodvibes

Jennifer and Channon I would gladly join you for a dinner in the sky. That looks really neat.:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Amy- Of course Alyssa likes her little brother Noah as he is not yet stealing her toys or getting in her way.  Congrats I am sure she will love Noah and deep down loves Matthew whether they fight all the time or not.:cloud9: I hope Kevin feels better soon and that it does not recycle through your family.

Denise- :wizard: :wizard: that they figure out what is wrong with John.:grouphug:

Speaking of cell phones, does anyone have any recommendations for a Verizon cell phone?? I have been playing this indecisive game for many, many months about what I want. I really need to make up my mind.

Today I was lazy watched some TV, napped, and did some homework.

As for my weekend I am supposed to do breakfast Saturday, then I have a Thinking Day event from 10am-2pm. Since I will probably help clean up it will probably be about 4pm by the time I get home. I will probably come home and do homework or something. Its theme is famous women who have changed the world.

Sunday I have another Thinking Day event to go to. This one is from 2-4pm. I wish they were both the same day, so I would have the day off but that is not the case. They are having a bag piper, some dancers and some other neat stuff.

For those who do not know. Today February 22nd is Thinking Day. Thinking Day is a day when guides and scouts are supposed to think about their fellow scouts and guides around the world. February 22nd was the mutual birthday of Husband and wife Lord Baden Powell and his wife Olave. Lord Baden Powell founded Boy Scouting and Olave started Girl Guides in England. Often this day is celebrated with Internationally themed events.

Happy Thinking Day!
