Good morning all...

You all have been very chatty! It was a lot of fun catching up. Loved all the pictures that were posted. I am sorry that I did not respond to each of you so here's some and 's for all. Share nicely!

I still can't say that I feel normal again. Yesterday I ran a 102 fever all day. Eric came home and stayed with the girls. I don't feel sick so I don't know what is wrong. The chills that I have are driving me crazy. All I did yesterday was hide under covers. I did manage to fold and put away some of our laundry. Now I just need to hang up the closet stuff, at least it isn't such a daunting task any longer. I woke up this morning with a temperature of 99 this morning so I guess I am getting back to normal again.

Not much on the agenda today. Emma is off from school for election day, so at some point I have to vote. I also think Emma and Molly and I will be making valentine's for their teachers and classmates. But that's it!! I like slow days like these.

Robyn - I'm sorry to hear you have been feeling under the weather. I hope the fever is gone for good!

FYI - I put a package in the mail to you yesterday!

My sister and niece forgot to put out her tooth a week or so ago (only her 2nd lost tooth). Two days later Kassie reminded Kristi that they needed to put it out. Kristi told her that the TF had stopped by that day and reminded her that they were forgetting to leave out the tooth so just gave Kristi the money for Kassie. Apparently it worked!

Oh yeah, and when she lost her first one last month, Kristi asked Kassie what the TF left. Kassie says, "A dollar and a note that you wrote." Apparently, she knows the hand writing. Kristi just told her that the TF's hands were full with her bags of money and teeth so the TF woke Kristi up and dictated the note to her.

I'm home from work again today. I need to find some sort of walk in clinic or something as I don't have a primary care dr. I go to my gyn every year but haven't found a primary I like. Something is leaking out of my right ear so I think its time to get proffessional help.

Yuck! Get thyself to a doctor immediately!

Gary & I will probably just go out to lunch while the boys are at school or maybe we will wait & take them with us for dinner. Nothing to exciting around here lol

Let me ask a question.....

What would you think of a mother that buys her 5 yr old DD a cellphone (Firefly)?

Bob's ex bought one for Bethany. First, she and Bob can't talk civilly (she always flies off the handle) so she has told him not to call her, that if he needs to discuss something he has to email or text her. Hello? How can you communicate that way? They have shared custody of Bethany. Mom has her Sun. night through Thurs morning, and he gets her after work on Thurs until Sun night. Do you think the two adults might need to talk every once in awhile???? Second, ex is so annoyed with Bob that she doesn't want to have to go through him to talk to Bethany (when she is with her dad) so she bought her a cell phone. I can't believe it. You know, I thought dating a divorcee would be easier, because they've 'been there, done that', but there is an AWFUL lot of baggage that goes with it. I don't know if I have the energy to put up with it.

We enjoyed Chefs de France...and we would do it again!
The new dining plan is putting everyone in a dither...they can't run it through without getting the tip you decide...then throw on the dde for the extras...forget about it. Tonights meal printed out 8 receipts!!!! (for 2 dinners)

This is what I remember from my friend going over Marathon weekend. They had a receipt for dinner; then a receipt after the dining plan was applied, then a receipt showing zero but with both 18% and 20% tip options...then they had to sign a receipt for the dining plan AND one for the OOP expenses...I don't think Disney has figured out a register program that combines everything yet. As for the credits showing up right away - they had no problem with that one...so I'm not sure if that's because your DVC??

Other than being cold, we have not received any of the forecasted snow yet. Hopefully it will miss us!

I have an appointment to get my hair done today. I was thinking of getting it cut short, but I decided that I want to keep my long hair. But it is so thin that I can't do anything with it. So I decided to get a perm, I have not had one for 10+ years, maybe longer. I am sorta nervous, I do not want to have my hair fried or come out looking like a poodle So if it turns out, I will post a picture & see what you all think. If it doesn't, well guess I will continue to wear my hat

I'm wearing my hat today.
I used to get "spiral" perms back in the day so it wasn't poodle-y.
My hair was falling out by the handful for several years, to the point where a good bit of scalp was showing at my part. Since I have cut my hair shorter and I don't keep it pulled back in a tight clip all the time I have noticed that less hair is coming out and it doesn't look as thin on top.

I was just looking at the pins on Disney Shopping and the ones I ordered yesterday are sold out now, so we'll see if I get all the sets I ordered. They also don't charge until your order ships, so I guess if my charges are less I will know my order won't be complete!

Oh and the MM also described the new improved Playhouse Disney Live! It starts out with Mickey, Donald, Daisy, and Goofy planning for Minnie's bday party. Then it changes to Handy Manny, then Little Einsteins. The finale is Minnie's big party. Sounds fun!

Amy and Jennifer, one of my good friends told me today they are moving to Cincinnati at the end of school. I'm going to email you and copy her. They are looking in Woodward and ?? Have a 4 year old, 1st grader, and 3rd grader. They are from Ohio and are huge OH State fans (and grads, I think). I told them I was sure you'd be able to help.
