DDA Chapter 4

I would love to have the lithographs from Disney. Anyone else going before March 15th that has a AP that cold get these for me? Let me know & I will send you the coupons.

I have been looking for the crockpot recipe thread, anyone have it? I cannot get the search to work for me & I even changed to California Gold :confused3

I thought I had seen some easy pork chop recipes.

Thank you all for the PD & hugs, I really needed them.

I'm sorry to be so secretive, I know you are all my friends. But this is something I have been dealing with for a long time & it's hard.

Don't worry about being secretive. We just care about you. We are here whenever you need us!

Tia - have fun delivering Valentine's! What a nice gesture. :goodvibes

The girls did a great job! They made about 100 Valentine's which Mom had me drop at Children's Hospital for distribution. They also made 20 treat bags with a Valentine, couple of pieces of candy and a little toy. Those I dropped at the Ronald McDonald House that Michael's family is staying at. They have 11 rooms so hopefully there are enough to give all of the kids there one. If there are extras they can take them to the other house nearby.

We tried to see Danae at least while we were there as I know that Wendy is in the ICU unit with Michael, but she must have been over at the hospital too. Latest report from Wendy is that Michael is doing well. The skin is still not healing like it should so any prayers that it will start to heal so that a graft will not be necessary will be greatly appreciated, I know.

Glad to hear Katie is better and that no on else shows signs of pox.

I so wanna be a sister of yours that lives near by, sounds like Valentines is going to be great.

Please post the recipe for the dill chicken.

Well, you are always welcome to move here!!!

Here's the dill chicken recipe:

7-10 boneless skinless chicken breasts
flour
salt
pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 container (8 oz) sour cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dill weed

Roll chicken in flour, salt and pepper. Place in 9 X 13 pan. Mix remaining ingredients. Spoon over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cover with foil part of the time.

Just beware that the incubation period for chicken pox averages around 14 days. Keep your eyes peeled! :wizard:

Oh, believe me, I'm watching! I'm just cautiously optimistic!

Lots of prayers, and :wizard: for them!

The DDA is so smart:goodvibes You all have given me the one thing I learned today. Can you tell I don't like milk??:confused3

I promised I would put the reminder up when Angel Food put March's menu out. I looked just now and it is

what the heck is shelf stable milk???

I was going to say powdered milk, too, but apparently it is more like the "milk boxes" I used to buy for Brother & Sister to take in their lunches. That stuff is EXPENSIVE!:scared:

I hope Michael doesn't need any grafts! :wizard:
Tia - It sounds like you had a lot of cheer to share! :goodvibes

Lindsay - I didn't think it was standard, which is why I didn't ask them to help with anything beyond the dates we're actually booked in club level. And really, I probably wouldn't have let them do all of my ADRs because I like to do them myself.:rotfl2:
I can't remember if I have ever tried to make payments on room only. At any rate, I called CRO and they took my payment. The guy was very nice.:) DH called about something else so I got my ressie #s from him but I haven't called Dining back. That just seems so silly.

Princess brought home all kinds of Valentine loot from school. I need to sort through it.
The fridge is cooling down somewhat, and it is making ice so it must be getting colder. I put the pickles, ketchup, jelly, etc. back in there along with the soda and the produce. The rest of the stuff is still across the street in the neighbor's fridge. I still have some stuff to run down the disposal because it just sat out too long. I should go unload the dishwasher and get the other stuff taken care of before I forget.

Happy 40th Birthday, Kristine!

I see someone else already answered this, but thye have milk that is in juice box type containers that doesn't need refrigeration until it is opened.

Well, there was no surgery today, but they have found an agency that is helping with the financing, but they are waiting on the hospital to approve the offer that they made them.
