For a warning those north east of me...this weather system that is passing sucks. Snow. Rain. Snow. Temp goes up. Temp goes down. Snows more. Rain freezes.

LOVE IT!!!

so Cassidy and I had fun watching 27 Dresses. We were the only ones in the theater until about 1 minute before the previews started. You know the commercials saying "silence is golden"? Welllllllllllllllllllllllll.......the first 2 ladies to come in to the theater caught me telling the empty theater "SO....shhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!"

James Marsden is so dang cute!!! My first love is Andrew McCarthy....but if I was to go a bit younger I think he'd be my choice...but I'd have a run for my money as Cassidy is ga ga for him too.

27 Dresses is a chick flick movie...a bit predictable but most movies are anymore....I'd say it was made better by my date. The guy in the movie theater didn't seem bored.

i agree--predictable and cute...the next chick flick im going to is "definitly, maybe"

Elizabeth- Hope today is better as far as the construction. The county has been out in the water behind our house dredging the lake the last few days. It is quite noisy and unsettling at times but very much needed.

We left our house at 8:15am on Thursday morning. If we had driven straight through we would have arrived around 11:30pm. That was what the GPS predicted and it was really accurate. We were on the road for 12 hours Thursday, this included our stops and the nasty weather. We had about 2-3 hours left on Friday.

For us driving is our preference, both of us have been traveling by car since we were little. And my girls all do well in the car. We have done numerous road trips with them so they are used to it. Eric and I have the flexibility in our jobs to build in the extra 2 days for travel so it works well for us. Hope that helps!

TGIF!! You can't know how glad I am that this week is almost over. I am exhausted. The boys have drained me this week.

Tonight the girls are headed to my parent's house for the night. Eric and I need to clean the house tomorrow and it's about a million times easier with them not around! We are having friends over tomorrow evening for dinner. Sunday my aunt is having a Super Bowl party so we will go there for a bit but probably watch most of the game from here since it's a school night.

My cousin and his wife were supposed to come down next weekend from Allentown but that has been put on hold. She had emergency surgery to remove her gallbladder last night. I was so looking forward to the visit. But thankfully she is ok. We can always reschedule.

I saw it.....it must have been a direct to dvd movie. I thought it looked pretty good.

No from looking it up, it was released in theaters back in September, but I do not think it was publicized much. Then again I spent most of my September on the ocean, so who really knows.

Thanks for all the compliments on the dress. I bought some ribbon tonight but didn't end up liking it together. I'll have to figure out something different tomorrow.

I am off to bed because we have Katrina's appointment early tomorrow for her wisdom teeth. I will need to get up so that I can get some paperwork together to do while I'm there with her. Last time with Becky it was at least an hour or so.

It was chilly this morning, but warming up quite a bit today and over the weekend. I've stuck to my exercising all week. Now I hope to start the big clean-out I've been talking about...

Thanks! I saw that posted on TPAS as I was scrolling down, but I don't know if I will have time to look at them this morning. I am in a bit of a time crunch, and Princess and I have a busy day until lunchtime. I will definitely look at them today!

Hi, all! It's a snow day here, or to be more accurate, a snow/sleet/freezing rain/general yuck day here. The funny thing is that we were originally supposed to have today off. They added it back into the schedule, because they were afraid of having too many snow days.

I don't even know where I left off, but I'll try to go back and figure it out before someone needs my attention here.
