I agree with the not receiving the thanks but no thanks letter. Just plain rude if you ask me.

It's worse when you interview for the job and don't get any acknowledgment.

How hard is it to send a mass e-mail??

Still funkified and it doesn't help when every one around me are also in a funk.


Abi is not impressed with her classes. Because Colorado doesn't give high school credit for math classes taken in middle school she is in Algebra I which, I am guessing here, is about 3 years behind where she is mathematically. She hasn't said any thing good about her other classes. On top of all the lovely classes this school has the oddest class schedule I have ever seen. Sometimes it's hard to be the parent of Abi

I am doing alright, I do have pain when walking around in my abdomen. The Dr. has done a great job of keeping in touch with me, they called me yesterday and today.

I went out and cleaned the camper then started to load it. As I was putting things in the cupboard I notice a punky spot in the back. Apparently we have a leak. The problem with leaky campers is that it can be leaking anywhere and running to that spot, it is nearly impossible to track down the cause I'm not sure if I'll find time to strip off all the chaulking or if I'll just get a tarp and deal with it in the spring. This is certainly not helping lift the funk

I don't think I've been this depressed since before Nick was born. I can't get out of it and more things just keep piling on. I'm finding myself crying, even in front of the kids. I just don't know what's going on with me.

What a great night that was!

Trace Adkins. Other than Whoopi, there is no one really exceptional this year. I like Trace's deep voice so I'm thinking he should be good. And it helps that my kids know his music.

Laura (RachelTori) and Diana (DisneyBride03) got tickets for Trace this morning too. We will have to find out if you are going to the same show!

Thanks all. June was my grandmother's name. Grace was almost Olivia's middle name. I am happy I found names that end in A.

I took the day off yesterday so DH could take Lizzy to an open house at school. She met a few teachers, found her way around the school and tried out her locker.

Then we went to a specialty mall to return a hat I bought at Orvis for DH for Father's Day. I had forgotten about it before we went away. I figured it was a good day as the mall gets crazy busy on weekends. It was about 45 minutes in nasty traffic to get there. We get there and Orvis is closed for inventory.

We went to LL Bean to get Lizzy a new larger backpack to fit all her big expensive binders. They were on sale 20% off and have a lifetime guarantee so I figure it was a good investment.

We went to dinner at PJ Changs which Lizzy, DH & I really enjoyed. Joe said he didn't really care about it and Emma of course didn't eat anything.

Then I noticed Joe's rain coat was getting too small so we went back into LL Bean. They had the one he was wearing but only in hot pink. They had another one he said was too plasticy and the one he liked was $159 so we didn't get him a new jacket. I'll have to order it online.

Disappointing about Orvis but Lizzy came home and fit all her stuff in her new backpack so it wasn't a total loss.

My foot is sore today. I go to the doctor again tomorrow for another bandage change. I'm hoping he'll tell me he'll remove the pin a week from tomorrow. Well I would really love for him to say it looks so great it can come out tomorrow but I know he won't be saying that. I'm really anxious to be able to drive again. I don't like having to depend on other people.

So both girls are measuring ahead of my dates. Which the Dr is very happy with. I see the specialist again in 6 weeks. I see my OB next Friday.
