Have you guys heard Terry & Stephanie's story about walking the plank? I don't remember seeing them post it here. You all really need to hear that story if you haven't. I'm going to see if it was in a trip report.

Hi Vicki, I haven't gotten to that day yet. I am finally feeling up to par to write a few more days. This Vertigo just keeps hitting me day after day.

Oma's funeral was very nice. She looked so beautiful. I did lose it when I saw they had painted her nails the same color pink that I had on. We even got our youngest son Steve up for the funeral.

Good Morning,

Nice pictures Anne Marie, I would love to see the rest. Somehow I missed the fact that Becky was there also, looks like you had a great time.

Good to hear from you Terri, sorry to hear the vertigo is still giving you so much trouble

Tammi and Elin I hope it warms up a bit before your trip. :wizard:
Me too. I froze my patootie off in January, and I don't want to do it again. However, a cold day in Florida is better than a warm day in Virginia. ;)

Extended forecast shows 60s with a few 70s. That's not too bad.

Terry - I'm so sorry you're still suffering from Vertigo. Has your doctor mentioned any new meds, or things to help? Glad that Oma's funeral was nice. I'm glad that everyone was able to attend. That always makes things easier.

It's a beautiful day here! I have nothing to do today, until 6:00 tonight when I'll take my kids to see "The Forgotten Carols", a play about the first Christmas. It is a wonderful thing to get us all in the Christmas mood! My dad got us tickets to see it, so we're all thrilled.

I think I'll start spreading out all the stocking stuffers I have and see where I am. I know that I need more for the boys, but I think the girls are set. I'm just not quite sure what to do for Jacob. Timothy is pretty easy. He likes balls! That will fill his stocking up quite nicely. I'm thinking of getting Jacob another Hexbug so he can have wars with the 2 he already has. Any other suggestions? I have candy galore, so no worries there!

Good afternoon, DDA! :sunny:

I am sick (laryngitis and a cold) and cranky. Bah, humbug. I think part of it is that 18 years ago today my Dad died. :(

Wow... that was uncharacterisitcally moody for me. But, it is exactly how I feel. I cannot wait to get away 2 weeks from today.

Thats Mike Scopa..he's a wealth of Disney information. Everyone was so friendly.
I knew I should have known him.

Here's some pictures from our trip. If anyone wants to see them all let me know & I will email them the album.
Loved your photos! Would love to see all of them.

For those of you with 4 year old boys, do you have them in any kind of program? A friend of mine is trying to find something for her grandson to join. I have no idea what is available for that age or for boys.
Other than preschool 4 days a week I think Joe took some art classes at that age. Then in the summer he did a nature camp.

:wizard:Hope you can find some relief. My SIL did some exercises that seemed to help her.

:hug:It is nice that everyone was able to be there.

For all I have candy(have to have chocolate coins), chap stick, small lego set, socks, chap stick, pencils, Japanese erasers (I found a hellicopter for Joe), snow gloves (Lizzy always LOVES these :confused3:laughing:),

For Joe I got couple of Boy Scout card decks-one on knots and the other stars-I saw them on the Boy Scout site but actually bought them from Amazon. The girls got pencils from Justice but Joe got a pen and small notebook from the Target $ spot-Mickey of course.

Oh and just because I went way over board this year I got them each a webkinz hamster at Justice.

Those gloves and socks take up a lot of room.:thumbsup2

I have a doctor's appointment at 1:45. I better get the stitches out. I guess I should go take a shower.

My kids always get the M&M candy canes. Nicholas will also get some silly bands, a small cheap cologne (for fun), a small deodorant, toothbrush, and a Christmas ornament. I do the ornament every year and I try to make it correspond with something that has happened during the year. Nicholas is getting a stingray ornament, since we swam with them on our cruise, and Alyssa is getting a dolphin ornament, hence our swim with the dolphins excursion. Plus they are both getting a Freedom of the Seas (our ship) ornament.

Bernadette - :wizard: for good luck at the doctor.

Anne Marie - Poor Sophie. I hope she is feeling better soon. That stomach thing is going around here too.

I hope she gets well fast and no one else gets sick,
Thanks! Me too.:) Sophie just informed me that there are 17 days til Christmas & I don't think I have everything for the kids. :scared1: Still have to get 6 neices & nephews & of course my mom & MIL.

Hope you are feeling well & taking good care of yourself.

Thanks Tammi, hope everyone at your house is doing well too. I am glad we all got flu shots at least.
