So, it is cold in my house. My furnance isn't working. I have a repairman coming out tomorrow afternoon. He is the husband of my Religion coteacher, so I know I won't get taken advantage of. Luckily the heat pump still works, but that heats the upstairs, or tries to, while the furnace heats the first floor. I had the gas fireplace on for a little while yesterday, but that gets so expensive. I'm hoping for a simple, inexpensive fix!

You don't need a cell phone, you can check it from your computer, just like the DISboards.

You do not need a cell phone to use Twitter. You can use it from a computer connected to the internet.

I had called my grandpa yesterday to get a ride to the interview as it is fairly close and the time was extremely close. Well, I am glad I did...the interview lasted 2 minutes I think. I think the gentleman was just checking to make sure that people could dress properly and wanted the position.


We are getting more snow and we will probably not get above zero before the weekend again.

I think I have it figured out. I have a protected account and until I accept your following me, your post is pending being canceled.

Hello, DDA!

We are home. Trip had ups and downs. It was lovely to see the DDAers at lunch!!

Back to work today - my first day flying solo with both girls! Momboss went back to work today as well.

I am updating my trip report as time permits. Link in my signature. No pics yet - we haven't had time to do anything other than dump the memory cards to the desktop. And we didn't take that many pics.

Came home to lots of terrific Christmas cards! Thanks!! I haven't even thought about cards yet. Hopefully I will get to those over the weekend.
