not so good... but I think there is more going on too. I have a feeling he hs had a recurrence of his hernia. :sad2: I don't think he was totally up front with me last week. And I cannot make him go to the doctor. He is so dumb sometimes!

They are all cut from the same mold. I am so tired of Hal complaining about his hernia. This has been going on for about four years now.:headache:

okay so what are your kiddos asking for for Christmas and what are you getting them?

Olivia is asking for Princess Barbie dolls. Luckily I got a few of them when The Disney store had their big sale over the summer.

I think I am going to clean up Olivia's princess tricycle for Virginia and give her a helmet to go with it.

I am thinking of getting a roof top luggage rack or carrier for the van and that will be Jeffs and my Christmas Present. I think it might make the trip to WDW a little less crowded next year.

Has anyone seen my desktop? My dining room table? My entire dining room floor?

Oh my how things get out of control fast. :scared1: :upsidedow :sad2: I think tomorrow's movie(s) may be the fun kickoff to a week or more worth of hard work. So much to get organized once again. It's crazy how it goes - lots of good progress, busy, small mess, big mess, even bigger mess, treading water until I get my footing again, lots of good progress. I'm due for some good progress. It's like trying to lose weight....maybe it's a sign I need to work on that too! Someday I'll learn to make my spurts stretch into long bouts of productivity and accomplishment - better yet a whole new lifestyle of evenness in work, productivity, energy, weight maintenance and accomplishment. I'm on a mission to find the key. :thumbsup2

When you figure out the key could you make a copy for me :rotfl:

So question for you guys--anyone here make jello shots? I never make them but I was somehow elected to make them for the halloween party I am going to next weekend. What kind of alcohol do you guys use for the jello shots? We were thinking vodka or malibu. And how much alcohol do you add after you boil the water? There are so many recipes online its crazy so I just wanted to ask someone!

I haven't made them in a while, but if I remember correctly you substitute alcohol for the cold water. Vodka works as does schnaps :thumbsup2

the roof rack sounds like a great idea. I was going to buy one for my van, but Chris has a coworker that has one that we can borrow for our trip. Saving money :cool1:

I can't believe my baby will be 2 next week.

My middle son will be 12 next week :scared1:

I need to get my butt in gear. I watched a NCL webcast about the Epic and now I need to do laundry and pack warm clothing for the boys camping trip tomorrow.

yeah for saving money, I will see if one of my friends has one I could borrow?

they are growing up way to fast.

Make sure it really fits because when Howie borrowed one for his van a few years ago, it caused leaking in the windows.

I don't know about you all, but I wish I was in WDW.
::yes::::yes::::yes::

Well we got our first snowfall of the season today. :sad2:
:crazy2:

So my sister gave me some apples. If I was to bake for you, what would you want apple pie or apple crisp?
either!:hyper:

My kids all want expensive things.. like laptops, digital cameras, & Lego robot! No more barbie doll or trucks here.:rolleyes2

Alyssa is Queen of the Infomercial and wants anything and everything she sees advertised on Nick or the Disney channels. The answer is always "Remember the Floam" or "Remember the Moonsand" or "Remember the Bendaroos". No, no, no! Junk!

I don't have real good ideas about what I'm getting them. Maybe an Ipod Nano or Nicholas. Or the Itouch. Haven't decided. Video games.

She'll get doll clothes, and those things where she can design clothes or do makeovers. Some video games as well.

It's getting harder and harder to buy for them, since they still get gifts from me AND Santa, if you know what I mean. ;)

Tammi I wish I were at WDW myself, but do not see that happening for a while :(

Heidi I know it is to late but I vote for apple crisp!

Jennifer my boys want laptops for Christmas. Like Anne Marie no cheap toys anymore

Elin I hope you can get Bob to a Dr., men are just so stubborn about that!

Thanks for all the well wishes, DD is feeling fine, Aubrey is much improved, DH isn't having any problems with his missung teeth. I'm a totally different story, after 60mg of prednisone I can breathe fairly well. The humidity is still really high and that is making matters worse, going outside is definitely out of the question.

I was under strict orders from DH to contact my doctor today, so for a change I listened. :rotfl:

Love the pictures Anne Marie

Sorry to hear Bob isn't feeling better Elin

Hey has anyone heard from Tom lately?

I've seen him on FB some lately. They seem to be doing okay.

Always pie! YUM!!

Terra hasn't really asked for much. I know she really wants a Wii so I might see if the inlaws will do that, especially since the price has come down. I've been thinking about getting her a video camera of some sort. I don't want to spend much at her age, but she's been obsessed with making movies lately so I thought that might be good. Mostly though, it will just be a few Webkinz I got cheaply over the summer and some games or books.

When you figure out the key could you make a copy for me :rotfl:

I will make you a special copy right before I list them on eBay!

Colby loves infomercials too. He wants the toothpaste dispenser that attaches to the wall :lmao::lmao:He's been asking for it for months.

Elin-thanks for the ray of hope on Lizzy. I have to say I'm not seeing it today though. She just can't seem to keep track of her stuff or what is due when....I called her girl scout leader tonight as her DD is in Lizzy's class. She tells me that the teacher is disorganized.:scared1: NOT what Lizzy needs. Parent/teacher conferences are next week.

Vicki-sorry for all the stuff going on at work.

Anne Marie-:woohoo:yay for the CR ressie, great photos! sorry about the bully:hug:

Elizabeth-sorry you've been out of sorts:hug: :woohoo:Congrats to DS on a great report card! I went to a presentation last night on new "standards based" report cards last night. CRAZY! The new reports cards will come with a 145 page user's guide.:headache:

Amy-hope Kevin is feeling better!:wizard:

Jen-Yay for a Disney trip!

Tammi-I have Boma booked for December. It has been years since I've done breakfast there-only because it is harder to get too. I'm really looking forward to it. We've decided to take a taxi there-shouldn't be too bad from Pop. LTT will be open for breakfast in January so I've asked IPO to book that for Emma & I. It will be served family style with the "traditional" LTT characters.

Debbie-hope all yours continue to improve!:wizard:

Tia-continued prayers for your BIL.

Heidi-I could go for some apple crisp-with vanilla ice cream!

Beth-YIKES about the snow. It is nasty cold, wet "almost" feels like snow here. Good luck getting to see Matthew!:wizard:

Jennifer-I can't believe Virginia is almost 2 either. Wow-that flew! It seems like you were just saying you were pregnant.

okay so what are your kiddos asking for for Christmas and what are you getting them?
Well Lizzy had asked my SIL to get her a notebook computer but I thought about if for a long time and have asked her NOT to do it. She can use my computer and by the time that she really does need one for school the one my SIL would have purchased this year will be obsolete. So I asked SIL to buy our family a Wii instead.

I will get Emma some small plastic dogs she wants, I got her a very cute book on the artwork of Disney dogs. I also spent way to much on the new Santa Buddies movie that is coming out in November with a set of 5 stuffed animals but she will absolutely flip out when she sees those!!!! Her birthday is in January so I have to think about that too-um....not that a trip to Disney isn't gift enough! I did find the perfect game board for her-"walk the dogs"-it looks fun!

I got Joe a CD set of Disneyland music-again rather expensive but he will love it-even though we've never been he likes the "history" of the place. I got him a book on the artwork of Pixar short movies, and an almanac. His birthday is Jan 10th so I really do have to think about that. I am going to order him a geography game too.

I'm sort of stumped on Lizzy-I did order her a down vest as she has a vest that she likes now that doesn't really fit anymore. Not sure about it though as the vest she has now is easier to wash than down will be. It was on sale at Land's End for $14.99. I guess I'll see what I think of it when it arrives. I can return it to a Sears store if I don't like it. I did order her the new first ever official sequel to Winnie the Pooh and a nice hardcover set of the original Pooh books.

Colby loves infomercials too. He wants the toothpaste dispenser that attaches to the wall :lmao::lmao:He's been asking for it for months.
Joe wants that too!

They are introducing a new half marathon and 5k weekend October 1-2, 2010. Considering I am getting off the Magic this weekend. I may need to sign up for part of this weekend depending on dates and times of the different events.
