It's been way too quiet in my house this morning. Riley was such a part of my morning routine. I think that it is a good thing we will be camping as it will give us some time to heal without constant reminders. Thanks again for all your support. I know that you've all been there

O yeah, I had to turn my heat back on yesterday! ugh. Luckily it is warmer this morning and I was able to turn it back off.

Becky- The rain and the mud sound miserable. Glad your dad's surgery went well.

Tammi- Congrats on the house!!!!

Elizabeth- I am so happy that Little Cat has a found a permanent home And I think Zazu is a great name!

Yesterday was one of those days that should not have been allowed to happen. I couldn't sleep well Wednesday night so around 1am I took some meds Well they knocked me out til 8am when the boys were knocking on the door. Not a great start to the day. Then it just got worse. Maya fell off her bike and went into her house crying, Mo followed in behind her and Maya's dog bit Mo. Tina said Mo handled it like a trooper with very little tears. Tina brought Mo home and we cleaned her up. The bite isn't that bad but they have decided to find a new home for the dog. My theory is that Shadow thought Mo was the one who hurt Maya and was just protecting his family.

Then a bit later, Em fell off her bike and scraped up her knee. And then a bit later she split her lip open goofing off in the basement. By the way Em reacted you would have thought she was beaten horribly!!! And finally, Eric's mom fell at work and broke her wrist in 3 places. Eric had to go to the hospital with her until his dad could get there.

Today is my last day with my trouble daycare kid!!! There will be a celebratory toast the minute he leaves the premises today!!!

Other than that, we are camping this weekend with the Boy Scout troop. Yes, I said Boy Scout. It's a family camp trip. Should be lots of un. Oh and they are calling for rain & thunderstorms. Apparently, I am the bad luck charm. I hope this weekend flies by!!!!!!! Because there will be no alcohol to get me through it. Still got lots to do before we are even close to being ready to leave this afternoon.

From June 23 through August 28 a new nightly celebration at the Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station will include exclusive viewing for Wishes fireworks and a self-service dessert buffet featuring a wide range of sweets and beverages. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 407-WDW-DINE. The price is $17.99 for adults and $9.99 for children ages 3-9.

Well, i am off to work..we had to be in classrooms working all day yesterday, today, and half day monday. I am absolutely done everything that could be done so its going to be a boring and long day today. I even have stuff done for next year!

I started getting a sore throat yesterday and went right to the dr--they gave me antibiotics so hopefully i start feeling better before alaska, because as of now, i have no voice!

That sounds very cool. I wonder if they will make certain that everyone who makes a reservation will be able to see? Some of the seats at that location are not great for fireworks watching!

Feel better, Jen! I woke up with a sore throat this morning too. I am hoping that it is just a change in the weather following our storms.

Robyn - good luck getting back on an even keel at your house. Sounds like you all need to slow down a bit and spend some time with just the 5 of you!

How have the crowds been, Elin? We've never been this early in the season, usually toward the end of August when the beaches are sparse, so I'm anticipating masses of people.

Disneyland used to do this with a special balcony viewing of Fantasmic. I want to say there were only about 20 slots per show, so it filled up fast. I bet WDW does something similar. The desserts at DL were yummy!

We have tried to watch Wishes from the UNcovered tables near Noodle Station and the trees get in the way. Of course by the time you realize that, you are boxed in and have to stay there! DH was furious that he couldn't get a single decent pic of the fireworks because there was so much stuff in the way. Not sure I owuld pay for that. Especially if the desserts are pre-packaged stuff.
