but that is GOOD news! All my fingers and toes are crossed that you get off the ground on time. Is it still snowing?

No it stopped this afternoon. Flights have mostly been on time all day despite the crappy conditions and poor visibility. Although Philly flights were cancelled and delayed.

Elin - schools are already closing for tomorrow. Not ours though. I'm sure they'll wait until after 9 like they did last night.

I just got off the phone with my boss. We were discussing whether or not we should be open tomorrow too. It is a hard call to make for us because we really don't have to be in there until 3:00 in the afternoon. But the schools should be closed... it is already icy out there. Of course, I don't want to be driving home tomorrow night at 9:00 either!

I just took a short nap. I've had a sour tummy since I got home this afternoon. I'm hoping extra sleep will fend off whatever it is. Hunter has a sore throat and isn't feeling good. I hope that he is well by morning.

Well, I have to admit that our one kitty, Cobain is going downhill fast. He looks like a skeleton with a fur coat. If he weighs 6 lbs I would be surprised. I called Guenna and told her to come over so we can make a decision. We had gotten him a steroid shot but he cries when Miles tries to clean him and he has stopped caring for himself. Last night I told him that after almost 15 years, he can let go.

Hello, all! Sorry I've been MIA again. I have developed bronchitis and can't seem to stop coughing. It is exhausting to be either coughing or trying not to plus I haven't been getting a lot of sleep. And then they tell me this could last 2-4 weeks! I may go insane and take my family right along with me. I know they must be going crazy listening to me cough constantly.

I've tried skimming through this chapter, but I missed a lot in Chapter 18. Can anyone give me a quick update?

All of you who had snow today, please take care! (And I'm glad to see that Tammi has power again.) We didn't get any snow here, though originally they were forecasting 6-8". I guess the storm tracked further east than anticipated at the end of last week. It is COLD, though, with wind chills below zero and the actual high tomorrow supposed to be in the low teens.

I just checked my profile. I average a little over 3 posts per day. Since there are a lot of days I don't post, I must be pretty chatty on the other days. I'm guessing a great majority of those posts are on DDA threads, too, but that's harder to check now that we have a bunch of chapters.

I also have one referral. I have no idea what for. I try to be a rule-abiding Disboard citizen.

Well I will probably get an infraction for this.
The rumor my husband has read elsewhere is that someone posted a thread bashing CS and Buzz told her off and was band from the DIS and they took down all the threads relating to that resort.

I was going to post a picture from the FAQ but it has been shut down. Something odd is going on there.
