Congratulations, Debbie, to you and your family. Brandon looks so happy. What does he think about her?
Heidi and any one eles that is not going in Aug. we will have to talk a lot while the others are gone
Debbie - how long will your DD be in the hospital?
I hope that's the case. Her doctor said she will go home Friday, I think she may go home tomorrow is she continues doing well.
So your school won't finish up the weekend before Christmas? I'm sorry I made you look.If we go, I'll still take my kiddos out on Friday. Something may change between now and then. Makes no sense to heat the school up for a day and a half.
It is sleeting here!Winter is back! YUCK! I'm sure it won't amount to much, but just the thought makes me shiver. I'm ready for warm weather!
Wow! One of you is hard enough to keep up with, I don't know if anyone could handle 3 of you!![]()
Debbie - She's absolutely gorgeous! Well worth the wait for the picture! Congratulations, and good wishes to the new mommy, daddy and big brother!
Sorry about DS's troubles Elizabeth, don't count us out for August yet.
Sorry to make everyone worry, I'm the type that if my family are in the hospital I am there. Brandon really wanted to be with his Mom and sister too, so we stayed until we absolutely had to go, stopped and got a bite to eat on the way home. Came in and got Brandon his bath and did homework, (it's been a loonnnggg time since I've done homework) and got him in bed before I logged on.
We're home from the Vet. We have a very sick kitty. It turns out that he has hyperthyroidism and his kidneys are only functioning at 50%. He may also have feline leukemia, but we opted not to run the test as they can't treat it anyway. As it turns out the bill was $259 for today and he is 73 years old in cat years. We have a med for the hyperthyroid, actually we have 2 at this point. One is chewable, but much more expensive. The other is a pill, but we will have to force feed him. We are going to try the pill first as $8/mth sounds much better than $30. He also needs to go on prescription cat food for the kidney issues. The cat food is either $1.50 per can or 3.38 per can depending on what he will eat. There is also a couple of kinds of dry food which is $28/bag. They want him to eat as much as possible as he lost a lot of weight. It sounds like it will cost us about $5/day to feed him now. For now we are trying the different foods to see what he will eat. I will need to pick up more on Friday once I know what works. He will also need bloodwork again in 3 weeks. She said he is actually really healthy considering how sick he isIf he responds as well as she thinks he will he has a great prognosis.

Elizabeth maybe its time to have a talk with the knocker and ask her what her problem is?![]()
