Well Nick and I just spent the last 4 hours reworking his Mecca trip. He didn't have enough money for what he had planned and he had gaps in transportation. I think he has it all in working order now with all the needed receipts and documentation. Now we need to fit his Ihram apparel to him so that he is ready for his presentation. The outfit will be at least part of his visual. Monday he will need to create his map documenting his travels and put it all together. I think he is happy to have this much done. He is currently typing away...I think it is a description of his chosen clothing.

We got about 4 minutes into Swing Vote and I shut it off. A lot of JC and GD words, which I'd rather keep my kids from hearing.

Elizabeth it looked like a fun adventure. I'm sure the kids will be talking about it for weeks to come. I'm glad that he had a 100% turnout

My kids have been asking friends to go camping for the week, but it seems we are not the only ones heading out of town that week I'm sure they will each find someone to take, but I was hoping on a certain couple that I know are well behaved

It came in an e-mail I got a week or so ago. It was like a 4 page "Welcome to GWL, we are looking forward to hosting your stay" kind of thing. It had info on the lodge, link to map/irections, and the coupon. It had our name on it and specified one time use or I would forward it to you.

DS was so happy to win enough arcade tickets to buy his little "Family Guy". I hate that show. I can't believe they let that sort of stuff air on regular TV!
His eyes were so blooshot when he got out of the water - not sure how much you can tell in the pic, but he looked petty rough.

Because I was in line to pay and you were walking out the doors to the parking lot. By the time I got outside you were on your way out of the parking lot!

It was fun. We only had one kid who got on my nerves. One of those that doesn't stop doing something when you tell him to stop.

OMG...Nick was playing with the squishy Octopus that I gave him yesterday. It is full of liquid and little styrofoam beads. It is about the size of a tennis ball. I got them at dollar tree. Anyway he was squeezing it and it exploded. I was across the room and head a load noise, I actually thought the cat was vomiting. I looked over and Nick was covered in the blue ooze. Most of it was in his face and hair. I'm still laughing at the look of shock...or puzzlement...or whatever I had to wash 2 sets of curtains as they had blue ooze on them as well as the chair, walls, floor. I would have been angry, but it was just too funny. Of course Colby's started leaking last night so I threw that one out and Hunter's burst slightly earlier, but not like Nick's They're all gone now.


Chris wants to know if anyone is watching the best superbowl commercials on CBS right now.
