I forgot to explain to Jennifer how we can have 6 seasons per year.

Well, first we have Spring, then Summer, sometimes we have a Fummer (not quite Fall, but not entirely Summer, either), next comes Fall, then Finter (not quite Fall, not quite Winter) and then Winter.

It really has to be experienced to be believed!

You forgot Mud Season ;)

Thanks again for all of the the birthday wishes. The cake that the boys made was delicious. I really need to get back on my diet now :flower3: I'm feeling better though I find myself wondering how a body can produce so much snot :scared: (sorry TMI) We are watching the DVC special now. Colby keeps telling us what he wants to do first on our next visit. Of course he has covered items at 3 parks and Blizzard Beach :rotfl2:

I was hoping there would be a sneak peak at Bay Lake Towers, but it's not looking like it :sad2:

We just got in from scouts and found out that our troop leaders mom , Liz, has a brain tumor. We know that the tumor is benign but that's about it for now. Apparently she just found out today and was at the meeting. Liz is very active with the troop and loves the meetings. If you all could spare some pixie dust for her that'd be great.

Yikes! Good thoughts for her! :wizard:

Tammi - We went with enVision. It is new from Scott Foresman. We were on two programs - Saxon and SF before. Now, we're all enVisionMATH all the time!!! I actually taught both the old programs at different schools and liked SF so I think I'd love enVision. But, some teachers are struggling with the changes, which I understand.

Mo missed Kate today! Homework took all of 15 minutes tonight! :yay:

Glad you liked it. To me, it's comfort food!

I had never had hot tuna anything until this past year. I always thought it was :scared: but it was delicious.

Thanks for the hugs. :)
I swear after I talk to Mom I just feel drained. I should be sympathetic and supportive but I get so aggravated I can't seem to manage anything beyond being aggravated! :headache:

I bet a lot of it has to do with the fact that you are so far from your mom. Hang in there.'s

Robyn,
That HSM video is very cute!

Thanks, there are a bunch of different ones!

I am glad you were well enough to enjoy your birthday cake.

And well, as long as I'm at it...

Janet, Heidi, Vicki, Bernadette, Becky, Debbie, Lindsay, Karen, etc -- How are you all doing? :teeth:
Hi there!

I'm sorry to say I'm in a funk. I feel like I'm getting another sinus infection so I've been taking allergy meds and they make me all loopy. I'm also finding the transition back to school more difficult than I should and don't understand why. Maybe I'm more depressed about Emma's starting Kindergarten than I realize. Emma however LOVES it!

If we're ready by then, we'll leave at 1 tomorrow to go to a Talk Like a Pirate event at the park. Then we'll pick Phil up at work and head to the airport. Our flight is at 7ish and we'll be in Orlando by 10! :dance3: I think it's going to be great! The plans are there, I've got everything worked out in my head to let Terra show him her favorites at each park, and then we'll be ready to do the rest after he heads home.
Have a very magical trip!

Ok....who is going to plan a bday trip?!
ME!!! I wonder if the fast pass will be like the Year of a Million Dreams one-a pass for each ride or it you can use it over and over again. I think I'll pick the gift card.

My volunteer did not come in this afternoon....I would ask that prayers and PD be headed her family's way. Phyllis came home this morning (after relieving somebody else of their overnight duties so they could be with their dying father) to find that her poor husband had been dealing with their granddaughter who lives with them part time. She had overdosed, whether it was accidental (she is bi polar) or intentional I don't know. All I know is they need all the support she can get.
How sad. Lots of prayers for her family.

I was one credit away from having enough for a free one way flight on Airtran & two of them were going to expire next month. So I purchased one credit for $39 & now I have a voucher for a one way flight for later use :yay:
How about May? I might have a really cool fast pass if you hang out with Joe and I.

I posted this for my friends on the breast cancer thread. I am too lazy to type it out again, and it would say the same thing!

We're watching the DVC show and Emma says "Oh MAN....I really want to stay at the Contemporary!!!!". She liked AKV too. OK....got to get her to bed!

I just sat down after a long day. How was the DVC special? What did I miss?

Theresa - I LOVE the names you picked for us! :goodvibes:

Going back to catch up.

Oh my, lot's of :wizard: & prayers!

BLT just doesn't do anything for me. And that guide misspoke - that chair is NOT a full size bed. It is a twin. It is a standard size twin as opposed to being smaller or shorter than a twin, but it's not a FULL size bed! And the sofa is full size, not queen.

The points are too high for me to want to stay there, and the studios are TINY.

There aren't that many room that are MK view, so if BLT isn't your home you may not have much chance at an MK view.

Not my cup of tea.

Hmm. We just got the e-mail for free dining on select dates Oct, Nov & Dec. I don't think I can make it work, though. It might require additional research. :rolleyes1

Tammi - OF COURSE next year we will arrive 2 days after my birthday. Not that one, one day pass would be all that useful. It certainly wouldn't offset the cost of going 2 days early.
I thought free dining had to be attached to a MYW package?

Yeah, I wonder what the special gift or whatever is going to be for the people already using a ticket.

The did show BLT. That explains why they released info this week. I'm not awestruck by them. The points required is pretty steep for our little 200 pt contract. I guess we'll be sticking with SSR or OKW to make the most of our contract.
