DDA Chapter 11

I would definitely say no to RnRC because I spend enough time on the flipping freeway as it is. Same with Test Track. I think either HM, just because it would be so cool to party with ghosts, or TGMR because I would love to live In The Movies.

I will share HM with you too!

Haunted Mansion of course :thumbsup2

Elizabeth if you chose this, we can share!

Works for me!

I would run the movie in France and live in an apartment above!

We saw the France movie for the first time this year. I really enjoyed it! Well, mostly. There was a kid SCREAMING for about the first half. The mother FINALLY decided to take him outside. Then the middle section of the screen went black for several minutes, so we just had the peripherals. Still an enjoyable film! :rotfl:

Garrett mentioned this last year & then we both sorta forgot about it. I felt really bad as some of his friends did go & they said they had a lot of fun. Our cost was $1200. I'm sure Riley will have the opportunity as well & if he really wants to go I will let him if we have the funds.

If the itinerary was something I thought DS would really enjoy I would be more likely to let him go. He isn't big on US history or government, and it looks like they are going to be packing a BUNCH of stuff into those few days. I know when I did a tour of the San Diego Zoo as part of a nanny conference we just got a short little tour of the zoo, dinner, and that was it. I wish I could have spent the whole day there! I think we would be better off going as a family so we could focus on things DS would really enjoy and take it at our own pace.

Really? How does it work? Do you hook it to your computer, or is it self-contained? I wonder if the quality of the images is good? I might have to look into that! DS loves those catalogs on the plane! :rotfl:

It is self-contained but you can hook it to your computer. I don't know what the quality is like but I'll be buying it to find out I think. I'll let you know after I have tested it.

Elizabeth JMO, but I do not think you need to lose any weight!

Yea for the pin, I promise to get yours mailed!

You are too sweet! I think you look great, too! Unfortunately some of my shorts are too tight to be comfortable, so I need to cut out some of the late night desserts!
No rush on the pin, just give me a heads up when you mail it so I can watch for it. :)

Me too, but I just can't diet!

Neither can I. I suppose I could, I just never manage to make it a priority. I am too fond of sweets.

I would have to check their itinerary as well to see if it is really worth it. It is not offered here till 8th grade though, so at least I have another year.

Both kids had great days at school. The reason Nicholas was hoping for the teacher that he got is because the teacher gives out candy. Today he got 5 Hershey kisses. They also give the 3rd graders planners. Pretty nifty thing if I don't say so myself. They are approx. 5x9, at the top of each page is a place to write the date, then rows under that date for each subject where he can write in his homework and due date. Then there is a check box that gets marked when the work is completed. He said he would start getting homework next week. They are also starting a new special this year. Once a month, instead of library, they are having guidance/counseling.

Wow you were all chatty today, I love it!

Now that I am caught up I need to get ready for bed, 4:30 will be here before I know it.

Chat with you all tomorrow!

I'm not sure WHY they are offering it to 7th graders. Momboss asked me if it isn't usually 8th graders. DS's class is TEXAS history, so it seems odd to go to DC. Why not take them to Austin? I might even agree to let him go on an Austin trip! :rotfl2:

Ah you looked great too! I do not diet very well either. I did ok for a while, but there is so much I like to eat :rotfl:
Thank you :goodvibes but my pants are getting a bit snug too. When I went through my private H E you know what, I lost 20 pounds. Now that I'm happy again I put 10 back on. Happiness is a double-edged sword. Plus I don't think being on steroids for a month in the summer helped. They made me eat like a pig. I was constantly hungry. Dam poison ivy.

I am waiting for my cd & then I can share. I went in on a photo pass share & other peoples pictures(I do no know them)were on the site as well.

I do have a link for the pictures I took if you would like to see them.

I think I saw them if you posted the link here. Okay we will wait for the CD to come

I'm outta here too. Have a good night everyone.

Good luck tomorrow, Jen!!!!!
