That's how the weather was the last time I went in January (which was a while ago...). I ended up splurging on a $55 sweatshirt because I was so cold! I'll pack properly this time! (Should we be talking about packing for December yet? I can never remember the "Elizabeth packing start date." )

Disney will be redoing some of the Caribbean Beach rooms into a Pirates of the Caribbean theme.

I read somwhere that they might be making some of them into suites to for 5 people???That rumor is probably wrong but it would be so nice to have more options for 5 people. I like the rooms..I think kids will go crazy for them.

Um..No. You could never wait that long before digging into a Dole Whip!

Jen any updates on your brother & your surgery?

Joe is hanging in there, thanks for asking. Lots of pain and hard for him to get comfortable. I just got him all set up for bed and gave him some meds so hopefully he can get some sleep.
I just realized I have been up for 40 hours with only a 20 min nap, but yet, i cant fall asleep.

As for my surgery, i will find out tomorrow! As of now, we are scheduled for August 12, which I am not happy about at all. The dr is trying everything he can to get me in on Tuesday or Wednesday--so cross fingers and toes and everything youve got that i can get in on one of those days!

Disney also announced a revised Magic Your Way plan. For fixed price per day, guests can add a Quick Service Dining starting Jan. 11, 2009. The package offers two quick service meals and two snacks for each night of stay, as well as a refillable drink mug for unlimited refills of non-alcoholic beverages at Disney resort hotels.

Work was actually a bit busy tonight. I didn't wait on as many people as I had hoped, but it was better than a normal Thursday night. Our Shrine Maple Sugar Bowl is Saturday so the Shriners are beginning to come into town for the big parade and fundraiser. Too bad that I don't work again until Sunday

Have a great trip Elizabeth. I know that you're leaving bright and early. Enjoy every minute of it.

Marci have a great time at Atlantis. Someday we might give one of those resorts a try.
