time to run through the sprinklers ......see you all soon!!

I'm sure this is due to the declining value of the dollar, for many countries a vacation in the US is quite a bargain right now.

Tammi - Lots of PD :wizard: for you

Jennifer - Your pictures are beautiful

Elin - Glad you found a Wii fit!

Kristine - Sorry about all your troubles with the airlines, I'm almost afraid to look at ours again, so at what point can I insist on a refund?

I thought I'd answer this one before posting more...
Normally it's when the airlines do a schedule change of more than 90 minutes or going from nonstop to connecting. But it depends on the airline. (This is Delta's - which seems to be the one that we are dealing with a lot lately.)

A) I love that you named the pictures "bad and bad 2" :rotfl:
B) I don't think the second is bad! And the first is cute, but you're right -- I'm thinking I wouldn't spend money on such an action shot ;)

Thank you, and thanks for the JCPenney/Lifetouch vote of confidence. We loved it!

LOL! I hadn't even downloaded these two, and Noah was crying (again), so I had to name them quickly. :rotfl:

Which portrait is going to be the sample canvas at the store?

I like these two photos, Amy! Matty doesn't have to grin in all of them, does he? ;)

Actually, I have more of a problem with the apples in the first one. :teeth: My son is in a bathing suit in July, and the photographer brings out some apples? :confused3 And as far as the second one goes, we have plenty of pictures in our own digital files with those kind of expressions...for free!
:rotfl2:

I hope everyone is having a good night.

This hasn't been the greatest of Mondays in my household...everyone is a little crabby. We did make it to a puppet show at the library, but even my trip to Target, with just Noah, was a bust. Thank goodness I don't have any Golden Oreos in the house...I would've eaten them all...and I refrained from buying any at Target for that very reason!

Hi everyone!

Tammi - for good results for NOTHING!

Deb - Welcome home! I still have to look at your photos from your trip...I'll do that next!

Kristine - (and anyone dealing with airlines) remember to ask for the AGENT SIGN when talking to anyone - if not, get names, location and time of call. Also another trick is sometimes accidently pushing the wrong "number" on the phone...like hit international instead of domestic. Make a change instead of existing reservations. 99% of the time, international bookings are done at US call centers...and they can connect you to another person in that call center that should be able to help you. Or they might just help you. Never know on that one.

Paula - I hope you and the family had a wonderful trip! (Do some of us see napkins in the future? :rotfl: )

Jennifer - TOO CUTE!!! I was watching the slideshow and I kept saying "There is no way that she was able to pose them like that!?" My favorites are the tiny parts and then  at the "Love" pose. You need to put a warning label on those!

Thank you Marci and Anne Marie!

I know I'm missing TONS of people - forgive me please!! I think I'm finally catching up on life. Until this weekend. :rotfl: Bob and I are headed up to Frankenmuth for his family reunion on Saturday and I spurged on a hotel for Friday night halfway there. I decided I need a break. And a hot tub.

Movie gift certificates. Thanks for the idea! I just couldn't justify sending another shirt or something else useless just because I'm obligated to buy something for him.

I think that is a great gift idea. I am tired of "stuff". I used to be one of those that thought you should buy a gift that was very thoughtful. I realize that no matter how much thought is put into a gift so much of it is still just "stuff". I'm trying not to add to other people's "stuff".

Theresa glad you and Abi had a great time with Beth's family. Hooray on getting your own bowling ball.

So for those of you who make room only ressies at WDW, do you go through CRO or make them on-line?

I should hit the stores and buy school supplies for stuff the bus. They provide school supplies to a variety of community organizations around here to families in need.

This is supposed to be our family reunion week-end as well. However, the club forgot to put us on the schedule for that week-end and they have a concert there instead. So it was moved to the first week of August. Either way, we couldn't go anyway. Too much going on.

Have fun at yours. Maybe, next year ours will be back to the same week-end and we'll be able to get together. Chuck loves Frankenmuth and is hoping that we can get there this fall.

Just think, Amy... it is going to be better from here on out! Can't get worse, right? Hopefully your little family will get rid of the crabbies and start getting along with Mommy a little better tonight.

I wanna go to Frankenmuth!! I LOVE that place! Have a great time, Chanon.

I have done it both ways. More through CRO though, I think.

Speaking of stuff, did you just want one of the new AP pin (assuming there will be one)? I am trying to sort out who has asked for what. :)

So for those of you who make room only ressies at WDW, do you go through CRO or make them on-line?

The cancellation policy is better for phone ressies. I book by phone unless the phone agent is telling me my room isn't available when I am looking at it online. That has happened to me at least twice.

Ok, thanks. I'm still in need of ressies for Dec. 3-6. ASMFS is avail. the night of 12/4. I would have to keep checking for the 3rd and 5th. I'm still waitlisted for DVC but nothing is moving on that front. If I can get us into the suites, that would eliminate my parents' need to buy 2 1-day tickets to get the DDP, since I can get it being an AP holder.

That DVC waitlist is an interesting creature. I was shocked that we got that 4th night at AKV. I was ready to call and cancel the waitlist and then it went through. :confused3 You never know.

Ah, willpower! I feel the same way about the mint double stuffed oreos! I'm proud of you for resisting!

Over the phone! (Ask Janet on this one. :rotfl: ) If a better rate comes out and for some reason (99% of the time) it requires a cancel and rebook if it was orginially done online.

I wanna go to Frankenmuth!! I LOVE that place! Have a great time, Chanon.
...am I missing something about this place? I really don't like it that much. We go for family. There's a big Christmas store (that I get lost in) and a German restaurant. The guys go golfing, the women go shopping. Other than that, I don't see much to do there...
Does anyone want anything??
