what attractions do you think she would love? She is not scared of much.

Well, it depends on her height but when my girls were 4 they could go on just about everything except RnR at MGM, Primevil Whirl at AK, and maybe not Space Mountain at MK and at Epcot maybe not Mission Space.

I'm not sure but she should be tall enough for Splash and Thunder...but she might not be ready for them. Tall enough for ToT but might not be ready for it. Tall enough for Test Track but maybe not ready for it.

Everything else I think is definitely great fun. Some kids fear Snow White ride cause of the witch or Haunted Mansion.

We LOVED Soarin at Epcot. I believe it's 40 inches.

My DD will have just turned 4 when we go this time and we went last time right before she turned 3 (We're not above taking advantage of the "under 3 free" thing! )

Last year she loved ..

Peter Pan (all time favorite!)
Snow white
Dumbo and Aladdin's magic carpets
Mickey's philHarmagic... a little nervous at first with the 3D,but got used to it , Then loved Muppets 3D (We skipped It's tough to be a bug and Honey I Shrunk the audience.. thought it might be a bit much!
Haunted Mansion &
Pirates of the Carribbean (both with a dim light up sword that she took with her)
Jungle Cruise
Tommorowland Transit Authortity
Buzz Light year

The one where you drive the car??? I can't remember the name of it

My "just turned 4- neice" rode Tower of Terror, Splash Mountain, and Barnstormer.. But she's a daredevil! She went once on each and then said she didn't want to go again!


You will have a great time... I think that under 5 years old is a great time to take them... It's so real to them!! And you will love "seeing" it through her eyes!!

Goofy's Barnstormer and Big Thunder Mt are good rides for little ones. They are roller coasters but on the tame side.

My DD turned 4 in September and for our upcoming trip is looking forward to riding Splash Mountain. Whether she will like it once she gets off, I don't know, but she isn't afraid of much either.

We went in April when she was still three and her favorites were Mickey's Philharmagic, Snow White and Pooh in MK. The Haunted Mansion was a little scary for her, but she says she wants to go back. She really enjoyed the safari and the Lion King show in AK (I will never, ever take her on It's Tough to be a Bug. She is nervous enough around bugs!) She liked the Ariel show and the Muppets 3D show in MGM. In Epcot, she enjoyed Imagination.

This time we will add Soarin in Epcot, Star Tours in MGM (her brother is a big fan) and Splash and possibly Big Thunder Mountain in MK. We would do Kali River Rapids in AK, but I'm not sure it will be warm enough in December...I've heard you get REALLY wet.

We've taken our little boy to WDW four previous times (at 1, 1.5, 2 and 3 years old) and are ready to go again this coming January, when he'll be 4 1/4 and almost 44" (we know!).

Every visit has been wonderful (yes, the "free" under 3 is quite nice!), and each age has its advantages and challenges. He's a smart kid (aren't they all?) and responds incredibly well to all the stimuli and experiences.

Last time, we had just turned 3 and he was recently potty-trained . . . delighted at the kid-sized urinals and sinks in almost every bathroom. Still mesmerized at It's a Small World (uggh.) and very affectionate to all the characters. He WAS tall enough for Big Thunder Mtn so we gave it a shot -- maybe a mistake because he got scared and cried. No permanent damage, but be warned.

Now he'll be 4 so he'll be old enough for the "Kid's Clubs" at the various resorts (it was one of the reason we chose the Poly). We also read about some kind of "Pirate's Trip" for kids in the AM, leaving from the GF and that would be fun, too.

He will still love the "Omni-Rail" and the "Blue Train". Probably even ready for the "Making of Me" (which makes my wife and I cry every time). Downside is that I think by the time we leave, he may think "that there's a man behind the curtain" with respect to the characters" which will be sad in it's own way.
