DCL vow renewal question

does anyone know how much a basic vow renewal on the disney cruises costs?
ive looked on the disney cruise website and cant figure out if the prices include the cruise itself or not.

$1,500 for the vow renewal package, and this is on top of your cruise costs. For this, you get the ceremony, performed by the captain, flowers, a photograph, cake, champage and a reservation at Palo for that evening.

Hi, Karentan. I just posted some info that the FTW organization in WDW had sent to me earlier this month. Look at the middle of page 6 of the following thread: click here. On that page you'll find the current FTW booklet and it includes a little info on DCL weddings and vow renewals. I'm not sure what the pricing will be for 2008, but they did have some pricing in there for 2007.

Philip Colmer, that sounds fairly reasonable. Thank you for the breakdown.

I thought about this option too, but I was disappointed to find out that vow renewal couples do not get the option of being remarried on Castaway Cay. The "Lounge" on board just didn't seem that romantic to me, although I'll admit the pricing is a lot cheaper, however the options are really limited.

Don't give up on the idea of a DCL Vow Renewal! We did ours March, 2006 for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and it was wonderful. We are DVC members so we used our points for the cruise. At the time the cost was only $1,000. We were on the Wonder and while at Nassau our ceremony was performed at 4pm on the outside overlook deck on Deck 7. It was beyond our expectations. We also had the ship photographer and purchased a photo package. There are so many perks that I don't want to spoil it for you if you decide to go ahead with it.
