What is the earliest time the bus will leave MCO and what is the latest time it will leave the port.

or can you tell me what is the earliest you have caught the bus from MCO to the Port and the latest you have left the port

The busses leave MCO as soon as there is a relatively full bus to the Port. That transmits into about 1030 to 1100 departure from MCO, five or take a few minutes. The last bus departs the Disney ship when given the all clear usually about 0930 - 1030.
