DCL T-shirt

While I was looking at everyone's creative disigins, I came across a DCL design that had a cruise ship and then little mickey heads around the top that were personalized. I am now trying to find that design with no luck. If anyone knows who created this, could you PLEASE let me know. Any help would be greatly apprepreciated!
