DCL strollers or renting one?

Has anyone used the strollers DCL had onboard? Was it hard to get one on a port day?
Anyone rent one from a company near Port Canaveral and have it delivered?

My son uses a wheelchair but I think it may be difficult to use in St. Maarten based on the tour we are doing as it doesn't fold down.
