I had to take Matt back to the hospital this afternoon.
He was in so much pain. They gave him some morphine. He is staying overnight
for observation. Possible surgery to remove appendix.

Erik is there with him now.

I hope he feels better!

She should have said, 9x CCHA Hockey Champion and soon to be Frozen Four Champion University of Michigan. (Where is that Hail to the Victors Smile in the list...) We took out #2, then #1, then #3 on the way to the top.

Somebody said there is a basketball tournament on T.V. but I only saw hockey this weekend.

No disrespect to Michigan, they did an amazing job of doing what they needed to do, but I have to disagree about who the frozen four champ will be!! ND Fighting Sioux!! WCHA Champions on their way to title #8!!

I, unfortunately, couldn't see the games last weekend because I was on vacation in Russia. My friends thought I was a little obsessive about score checks though. Hmmm.......Russians generally understand the importance of hockey so I don't get it.

Looks like we will not have a ND vs. UM Frozen Final. Grrrr. BTW we were going for NCAA Hockey championship 10. So maybe next year we can play for it again.

After all those great chances for UM in the OT1, I knew it would be a cheap goal for Miami that would get through, that is how those things go. Man the ref had a quick whistle to help Miami get through the first 2 minutes of OT.

We are surprised how many people remember it. No one played any jokes on our wedding day. They knew I would KILL them.

Really quite the opposite. We have not pranked once in 15 years. I swore a vow to give nothing but love this day, and have kept to it.

Nope, noth'n...

She has gotten plenty over the years, usually in the form of trips. We got engaged on a cruise; honeymooned in Jamaica; celebrated 6 months in Puerto Rico; 1 year in Waikiki; 18 months and 24 months with cruises. While there were certain pre-marital paces I wanted to maintain, it is the travel pace she has wanted to maintain

Ah, memory has failed me, I did get her anniversary bands on two occasions. There is so much to forget over 15 years... I can't wait to see what I have forgotten by 30 years, other than a mortgage payment.

Yup....we'll have to have a michigan/no dak final next year. Only 3 seniors this year so hopefully they'll have a decent year next year. Maybe by then they'll figure out that they need to show up more than 2 minutes and 43 seconds of a game to win it.....

wow..what a memory! yeah, ours was the day before...I didnt want to get married on April 1st... we had been together so long our friends and family would have thought it was a joke...plus it was cheaper to do it on a Friday
and no fancy pressies here this year...we have 2 cruises booked.... I did get Dave a bottle of 15 year old Glenlivet

Warm weather has finally arrived in Florida and it's about time - it was a long cold winter. Sorry folks in the north but you actually have jackets that can keep you warm when the temperature falls to freezing -not so for us Floridians. So glad it is finally warm.

Sounds good . We will be leaving Friday and driving down due to to arrive Sunday for a 10 day stay at BLT.
Also we will be meeting 4 of our cruising pals while we are there.
