DCL excursion Beach Express (TT68) in Tortola - Reviews/Feedback?

Booked excursion TT68, but not sure I'm excited about this option, would have preferred a different one but it's booked and my kiddos are to young for the baths. Too nervous to try something on my own without a guarantee to make it back to the ship on time. Anyone have any reviews or feedback? How long do you get at the beach? Is it worth it? We'll be traveling with a 2 year old and a 4 year old. If they get hungry while we're there is there access to food/ drinks?

We went on our own in 2023 to Canes Garden Bay. We got in one of the many vans. We had to go over the mountain to the other side of the island.

Water was beautiful, nice beach. Chair and Umbrella rentals and you could order food/drinks to your chair.

The bathrooms had a lot to be desired. I waited till I got back to port area. I would probably choose a different beach next time.

If you are not going to far. You have plenty of time to get back to the ship, but we were 2 adults. We stayed there about 3 hours.

We just did the family catamaran to jost van dyke. Highly recommend. It was a great day. And there were young kids on the excursion.
